We are coming to the end of our week's holiday at Batihan Vadi. And I can honestly say that it has been wonderful, it's an oasis and the ambience here is very relaxing. The accommodation is of a high standard and everywhere is kept clean and tidy. Big shout out to the staff who work tirelessly to make sure that you are looked after particularly Ahmet, Ozzy, Prodigy and last but not least Mert who would greet us every morning with a big smile and would look after us from start to finish you are all a credit to the Hotel.

We had the most amazing holiday and would love to come back. We stayed in one of the private villas on site and the accommodation absolutely did not disappoint. For us, being on holiday with out 18 month old to have a clean, modern villa, with a private pool and garden area was perfect. It felt safe and allowed her to play and make noise without disturbing anyone else on their holiday. The holiday and hotel overall were brilliant. Such a quiet location as almost everyone staying has their own private areas. It makes this holiday feel like it should cost a lot more than it did. The reception staff keep in constant contact with you throughout your stay, consistently asking if you'd like your mini bar refilled or there to answer any questions or requests you have. There are consistently golf buggies driving around site asking if you'd like a lift to wherever you would like to go, you can order through reception to your room or a restaurant or just jump on when they drive past and ask. The team driving the buggies were exceptionally friendly, happy to help and brilliant with our daughter, trying to engage and ensure she's having a good time. The resort is beautiful, there are many species or birds roaming the ground which once again our daughter loved. The peacocks are everywhere around the main areas (in a good way). Then onto an area we would like to express a great deal of appreciation for, the restaurant and in particular the waiters and staff that work there. I cannot emphasise enough how brilliant they were with our daughter. As an 18 month old she had good days and bad days in an restaurant sat 3 times a day for food, I'm sure all parents understand this. However the waiters were phenomenal, doing their best to help keep her entertained and could not do enough for us. If she would drop food or her cutlery they would insist on us relaxing and them picking it up/tidying up or cleaning her cutlery to give back to her. On one night Ahmet made her a flower from a Napkin. A special thank you to a few people, Mert and Ahmet from breakfast were brilliant. Mert in particular we saw almost everyday and he was always happy to welcome our daughter and make her feel special both entering and exiting the restaurant. Bilge in the Rodolfo bar was also so kind and helpful as well. At lunch and dinner Hasan, Ozgur and Nisa were so friendly with Lottie and once again couldn't do enough for her, consistently smiling and engaging with her. But Ahmet (With the spikey hair) that we primarily saw at lunch and Dinner was brilliant, we cannot thank him personally enough. He would go out his way to look after our daughter, greeting her and saying goodbye each meal time. As mentioned making her a flower from a napkin. The whole staff, and Ahmet in particular made meal times at Batihan Vadi and absolute delight. The food was also great and so much choice. Overall this holiday was brilliant. We would go back in a heartbeat and will be looking at potential dates next year when we can. Thank you to the whole staff who made our stay so special.

It looks indeed amazing on pictures but reality hits differently. We found the place very strange... you have the reception, the villas... then you go through what looks like Disneyland decoration with wooden huts? What on earth? Why? The villa looked nice but a quick look made us realise how cheap it was. The shower head was broken, the one in the jacuzzi as well. The shower wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived. Many things were close to falling apart! Also, when the price for 1 night is over 600 euros IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE (meaning cheap area), I don't expect my kids to be sleeping on a camping bed and a sofa in the living room with windows without blinds! But worst for us was the food. Both dinner and breakfast. Dinner: only 2 options properly GF on the menu but not available when I asked. Breakfast was horrible: few choices and poor quality. No GF options available. I mean, it's 2026. It's already painful enough to be sick to not be able to have some food to eat at all. Eggs were badly done, hard or too ripe fruit, etc. The list is long. A pro? The gym is nice.
