You can request extra cleaning if you need it. You can expect to have your room cleaned every two days. If you need more towels you can ask directly or ask on the TUI Blue app. They appear within a few hours. Food - high quality with themed nights every two days, Mexican, Asian, Turkish and Italian to compliment the normal food. Even the normal food rotated. Plenty of fruit and fresh veg. The usual pizza, nuggets and chips for the kids and those adults who don't like to stray too far from home :). Plenty of clean and tasty food to suit everyone's tastes Drinks - Carlsberg and Tuborg on tap. Plenty of spirits and plenty of cocktails, whatever you want, they will make it Wellness - Very good sized gym with cardio, resistance machines, free weights up to 20kg and three benches. Lots of yoga, pilates, strength classes to go to if you want. There are at least two each day including sunrise and sunset yoga.. My wife says credit to Berkan and Pieter. Oh and the massages (by Anna/Annie) was exceptional. It was about £45 for an hour. Pools - Clean water that didn't smell of chlorine. Plenty of space in both the main and Flamingo pools. I could get a sun lounger at 11am a row back from the pool on most days. If not, I could get one two rows back or sit on the plentiful grass surrounding. No fighting over loungers Beach - shallow until a long way out with lovely sand and small to medium sized fish swimming about. Lovely pier to walk and sit on. Brilliant beach bar with themed music from guitarist, to DJ and even a full on beach party where a screen is erected and the DJ plays from a stage with it's own sound system. Waterpark - You must walk a few minutes past the Flamingo bar where there is a manned turnstile. You can bring in water but nothing else which works. Loads of slides, pretty clean considering how many people there are here. The kids loved it. Plenty of sun loungers in and out of the sun Location - In between Kusadasi and Selcuk on a remote main road. Bus stop outside with a guy employed to help you get on the right bus, even order the dolmus for you and ensure that the right people get on the right bus depending on the size of the party. Couple of quid to Kusadasi so you're not tied to the resort. Shops - the shopkeepers in the on site shops are kind. I didn't feel I could haggle like in Kusadasi market but the prices were OK for (fake) trainers etc The staff couldn't do enough to help from the animation team for the young kids to doing their best to get you drinks, clean your room, carry your luggage at 3am. With all the countries in the world and resorts I swore that I would never go back to the same hotel, but I would go here again. I got a late deal for 11 nights from the 15th August. Free child place from Birmingham for £5600 which I thought was good for what we got. I can't think of any negatives, it was that good.

Všechno v hotelu bylo skvělé. Všechny potraviny byly velmi chutné, náš pokoj byl často čištěn. Bezpečnostní osoba, kterou vidíte kdekoli, nás činí velmi bezpečným. Všichni pracovníci byli velmi vstřícní, příjem a vztah hosta byl velmi laskavý a všechny naše problémy okamžitě vyřešili.

Dva velké bazény, dva malé bazény pro ty nejmenší (jeden s písčitým hřištěm a jeden se 3 tobogány), je to vlastní krásná písečná pláž, mělké moře znamená bezpečné koupání pro všechny, a samozřejmě obrovský 30 tobogán na místě. Bonus zde je, že hotel má vlastní bránu do aquaparku a můžete navštívit tak často, jak chcete. Zábava je nekonečná (i pro některé velké rodiče!) V hotelu a aquaparku jsou vždy k dispozici lehátka, a to i v rušných dobách, kdy hotel není nikdy přeplněný. Všechny pokoje byly renovovány na vysoké úrovni a hotel je po celou dobu udržován bez poskvrny. Široký a pestrý výběr jídel v hlavní restauraci. Zábavní tým Tui je velmi dobrý a personál hotelu je velmi přátelský, zdvořilý a vždy ochotný naslouchat a pomáhat tam, kde je to možné. Vždy jsme navštívili, když byla součástí Aqua Fantasy Hotel a Spa, takže jsme věděli, že rozdělení hotelu na tento nový koncept bude dobré a bude fungovat. A to je . Určitě se vrátíme
We arrived at this hotel on the 17th of August for 9 nights...we had a room with a garden view which was 😍 stunning.room very spacious with fridge..very very clean room... the cleaners cleaned the room everyday and put fresh towels in. Fresh bottles of water given aswell...pool area fantastic although we only stayed around the main pool there were different activities going on by the tui blue team...loads of sunbeds so no need to get up early although some people had the same sunbeds every morning😂...food absolutely fantastic freshly cooked and show cooking ...waffles for the kids were great and ice cream...cocktails were fantastic 👌 big shout out to yasin at the sunset beach bar he is a credit to the hotel and needs a pay rise for his work he never stops.. Private beach was amazing the sunset wow wow wow best view ever.....waterpark entry were fantastic absolutely brilliant went in everyday... although the waterpark food and drink isn't included in the all inclusive it was reasonably priced and didn't bother us.....BIG SHOUT OUT TO MARIO WHO'S IN THE WATERPARK PLEASE GO AND SEE HIM... HE OWNS HONG KONG DOWN IN KUSADASI ... ID DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO GO GET FOOD AT HIS RESTAURANT ITS AMAZING...we celebrated our sons birthday there....he will get you a taxi there and back free of charge definitely worth a visit......hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were very friendly 😀... the entertainment team were brilliant big shout out to mika who got me in the pool to do the aqua aerobics 😂😂overall a absolutely fantastic 9 days and we really did not want to come home thankyou so much for having us Stacey Neil and logan in room 1140x
