Náš pobyt v hotelu jsme si opravdu užili. Všechno bylo naprosto dokonalé. Jste číslo jedna. Vrátíme se co nejdříve. Děkujeme za vaši pohostinnost a perfektní služby a zařízení.

Všechno v hotelu bylo skvělé. Všechny potraviny byly velmi chutné, náš pokoj byl často čištěn. Bezpečnostní osoba, kterou vidíte kdekoli, nás činí velmi bezpečným. Všichni pracovníci byli velmi vstřícní, příjem a vztah hosta byl velmi laskavý a všechny naše problémy okamžitě vyřešili.

Vynikající pro rodiny a zejména děti. Nekonečné hodiny zábavy. Dva velké bazény, dva malé bazény pro ty nejmenší (jeden s písčitým hřištěm a jeden se 3 tobogány), je to vlastní krásná písečná pláž, mělké moře znamená bezpečné koupání pro všechny, a samozřejmě obrovský 30 tobogán na místě. Bonus zde je, že hotel má vlastní bránu do aquaparku a můžete navštívit tak často, jak chcete. Zábava je nekonečná (i pro některé velké rodiče!) V hotelu a aquaparku jsou vždy k dispozici lehátka, a to i v rušných dobách, kdy hotel není nikdy přeplněný. Všechny pokoje byly renovovány na vysoké úrovni a hotel je po celou dobu udržován bez poskvrny. Široký a pestrý výběr jídel v hlavní restauraci. Zábavní tým Tui je velmi dobrý a personál hotelu je velmi přátelský, zdvořilý a vždy ochotný naslouchat a pomáhat tam, kde je to možné. Vždy jsme navštívili, když byla součástí Aqua Fantasy Hotel a Spa, takže jsme věděli, že rozdělení hotelu na tento nový koncept bude dobré a bude fungovat. A to je . Určitě se vrátíme

After reading the previous reviews I was so worried about the flys and the hard mattresses. Well let me correct that the place is so clean there are no flys all over the food and the beds are comfy, and staff are all so lovely. There are plenty of sunloungers so no putting towels down. The only thing that I can say needed changing was the sun loungers on the beach as they looked dirty and made the beach look unappealing to sit on. I woul also like to suggest that putting two lots of small steps at the other end of the pool where the other sunloungers are, as older people and children could get out of the pool that side as I saw so many people struggling to get in or out.

Tui This was our first ever all inclusive ’normal’ holiday experience, we are normally a stay local self catering, rent a car type couple but we were taking teenagers so thought this would be easier. Check in: We arrived at around 2.30am and luckily we got off of the bus quickly and went straight to the reception as the bus was full and there was only 1 person checking in everyone. I would have been quite annoyed to queue for ages when we were already very tired, I think it would have been better to make sure there was more reception staff as they must have known that a whole bus of people was arriving. Room: The rooms were really nice, very clean, attractive decor, lots of storage, a fridge with water, lots of plug sockets and usb. The beds were a little hard but you can get a topper put on which made them much softer. The bathroom was good too nice big shower with a rain fall and normal shower, a rack to put shampoo etc, lots of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. The towels were a little crunchy and I would have liked a robe. Food: We have never stayed in an all inclusive before so I have nothing to compare to but I thought overall the buffet had a lot of choice so much so sometimes it felt overwhelming. Most of the food we had was delicious with only the odd thing being a bit bland or not cooked exactly as we would like but I should imagine that it is hard to cater to all tastes, we tend to be quite adventurous with food and I was pleased that there was lots of local choices to try. And they had extra spices that you could put on. Our teenagers also seemed to enjoy the chips, pizzas and other standard brown food offerings! The staff in the buffet were amazing at keeping everything clean, tidy and replenished I don’t think I ever saw it looking messy. We did really enjoy the one à la carte night we had it was nice to all sit down together and be more present at dinner. Drinks: I was impressed as I had heard that all inclusive drinks were not great but the cocktails here were great on a par with any bar back home. I didn’t really enjoy the wine that was offered so didn’t have many of them. Most of the spirits were brands I knew. The teenagers weren’t very impressed with the choices they would have like the juice machine to be actual juice. And one would have liked Coke not Pepsi! Facilities: The hotel is kept really clean and is very attractive to walk around. The pools were very cold but I think that’s to be expected at this time of year. The aqua park was great we didn’t notice the cold water quite so much as the rides were really good. We didn’t book any trips with the hotel but the teenagers did do the jet skiing which they absolutely loved. We got the bus to town in Wednesday for the bazaar which was brilliant even if you don’t buy anything the experience is a must. The staff were mostly amazing with only the odd few not perfect, we really felt that everyone wanted us to have the best time. Overall we probably wouldn’t go to this hotel again but that’s not a reflection on the hotel more that this just isn’t our sort of holiday. We will definitely be going back to turkey though.
