TUI BLUE Ephesus

Náš pobyt v hotelu jsme si opravdu užili. Všechno bylo naprosto dokonalé. Jste číslo jedna. Vrátíme se co nejdříve. Děkujeme za vaši pohostinnost a perfektní služby a zařízení.

Všechno v hotelu bylo skvělé. Všechny potraviny byly velmi chutné, náš pokoj byl často čištěn. Bezpečnostní osoba, kterou vidíte kdekoli, nás činí velmi bezpečným. Všichni pracovníci byli velmi vstřícní, příjem a vztah hosta byl velmi laskavý a všechny naše problémy okamžitě vyřešili.

Vynikající pro rodiny a zejména děti. Nekonečné hodiny zábavy. Dva velké bazény, dva malé bazény pro ty nejmenší (jeden s písčitým hřištěm a jeden se 3 tobogány), je to vlastní krásná písečná pláž, mělké moře znamená bezpečné koupání pro všechny, a samozřejmě obrovský 30 tobogán na místě. Bonus zde je, že hotel má vlastní bránu do aquaparku a můžete navštívit tak často, jak chcete. Zábava je nekonečná (i pro některé velké rodiče!) V hotelu a aquaparku jsou vždy k dispozici lehátka, a to i v rušných dobách, kdy hotel není nikdy přeplněný. Všechny pokoje byly renovovány na vysoké úrovni a hotel je po celou dobu udržován bez poskvrny. Široký a pestrý výběr jídel v hlavní restauraci. Zábavní tým Tui je velmi dobrý a personál hotelu je velmi přátelský, zdvořilý a vždy ochotný naslouchat a pomáhat tam, kde je to možné. Vždy jsme navštívili, když byla součástí Aqua Fantasy Hotel a Spa, takže jsme věděli, že rozdělení hotelu na tento nový koncept bude dobré a bude fungovat. A to je . Určitě se vrátíme

we stayed at the tui blue for the half term in may till the 6th june we had a amazing time variety of food amazing water park all staff friendly so much so we have rebooked for next year may half term the only request i have is that there is more activities for the teens we saw a teen hangout sign but no actual area for this i have checked and their seems to be more teens activities this week although its school time if this could be looked at that would me amazing

We travelled to Tui Blue Ephesus as family of 3 (2 adults and 1 seven year old) and checked into a standard double room with extra bed for our son. The room is ok and the double showers in the bathroom were a bonus and made getting ready easy. The balcony for the standard rooms were very small, especially if you enjoy a quiet coffee in the morning or a sundowner before going for dinner. It was too small to enjoy especially with the airer also outside. The cleaners/domestics were amazing and kept our rooms lovely and clean. The rooms had a fridge and we were provided with two large bottles of water daily, however that was it. No soft drinks, no beer, no juice or snacks. We felt this was disappointing. There is a shop on site to purchase these things which are not cheap. The FREE waterpark was excellent and direct entry from the resort. The choice of slides (120cm) were amazing with only one being 140cm. The lagoon and lazy river was fun and we enjoyed it multiple times. The beach is fabulous, sandy, glittery and the sea is shallow and waist height right out passed the jetty. This made for safe swimming. You can even jump off the jetty, which we did. Sad that Thea’s coffee shop was extra (previous Tui’s it has been free) and the queue for coffee in the morning at the morning buffet was ridiculous. We had to go to the Atrium bar to have a good coffee in the morning away from paying and the queue. The bar next to the Italian was exceptional. From the freshly made cocktails, to the staff (special mention to Sema şöyle böyle) We enjoyed the atmosphere and the view of the sunsets from here. Only disappointment was no Turkish lager/beer (Efes would have been nice) only Tuborg or Carlsberg which was odd. The food was brilliant. So much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don’t think we had the same thing twice. It was easy to book the a la cartes via the customer services. My son had a three course breakfast most days. Shout out to the buffet staff outside who worked so hard at dinner. Teşekkür ederim The Italian A La Carte was wonderful. The staff (Caner, Talha) the service, the food choices. I had a beef rib and mash and it was delicious. Mention to Fikret too. The entertainment was ok, some were better than others, the Ethiopian circus were fantastic and the beach party was fun (albeit we left early as the little one wasn’t too well) The choice of pools is great and we chose the one nearest the waterpark and didn’t have a problem in May finding sunbeds. This pool was better for kids as it had a shallow end and varying depths. The pool nearest the beach and food areas was 1.4 all round. The kids club was amazing and the evening kids party was a great addition. Shout out to Hannah and Hayley and all the staff. The Turkish hammam massage was wonderful and very reasonable. The Balinese massage lady was fantastic. All in all we had a lovely holiday, it was chilled and fun and full of memories. I wouldn’t recommend going to Planet Yucca - nice to get free shuttle there but the food was tasteless and for the money it could’ve been better. Plus at a family show and dinner having entertainment with swearing is not ideal and they kept getting the kids meals wrong. I would avoid, sorry Mario. For the money this is a great resort, clean, grounds are beautiful, pool is clean, drinks are good and the entertainment is ok. There were a few families who had physical disagreements with each other but I felt the staff dealt with it well and it is no reflection on the resort. We were out there with friends for our wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our time together.
