TUI BLUE Ephesus

Náš pobyt v hotelu jsme si opravdu užili. Všechno bylo naprosto dokonalé. Jste číslo jedna. Vrátíme se co nejdříve. Děkujeme za vaši pohostinnost a perfektní služby a zařízení.

Všechno v hotelu bylo skvělé. Všechny potraviny byly velmi chutné, náš pokoj byl často čištěn. Bezpečnostní osoba, kterou vidíte kdekoli, nás činí velmi bezpečným. Všichni pracovníci byli velmi vstřícní, příjem a vztah hosta byl velmi laskavý a všechny naše problémy okamžitě vyřešili.

Vynikající pro rodiny a zejména děti. Nekonečné hodiny zábavy. Dva velké bazény, dva malé bazény pro ty nejmenší (jeden s písčitým hřištěm a jeden se 3 tobogány), je to vlastní krásná písečná pláž, mělké moře znamená bezpečné koupání pro všechny, a samozřejmě obrovský 30 tobogán na místě. Bonus zde je, že hotel má vlastní bránu do aquaparku a můžete navštívit tak často, jak chcete. Zábava je nekonečná (i pro některé velké rodiče!) V hotelu a aquaparku jsou vždy k dispozici lehátka, a to i v rušných dobách, kdy hotel není nikdy přeplněný. Všechny pokoje byly renovovány na vysoké úrovni a hotel je po celou dobu udržován bez poskvrny. Široký a pestrý výběr jídel v hlavní restauraci. Zábavní tým Tui je velmi dobrý a personál hotelu je velmi přátelský, zdvořilý a vždy ochotný naslouchat a pomáhat tam, kde je to možné. Vždy jsme navštívili, když byla součástí Aqua Fantasy Hotel a Spa, takže jsme věděli, že rozdělení hotelu na tento nový koncept bude dobré a bude fungovat. A to je . Určitě se vrátíme

Last day of 7 spent at this hotel in Kusidasi. Booked as it met our criteria of low rise, good reviews 4.5 and rated 4/5 star and know that TUI are reliable. A little nervous that we were flying for first time with Sunexpress but have to say that check in and baggage drop off was a dream and flight experience no different to Jet2 or TUI branded. Left on time and arrived early. Regards the hotel it is big but well laid out. Clearly been hived off from the bigger Aqua Fantasy next door and rebranded TUI Blu but still many references to the Aqua Fantasy heritage ( lifts and WiFi). I would say that although it has great potential it is not quite up to the TUI Blu standard yet but is close. Rooms have clearly been recently modernised with nice bathrooms and are big for what you pay for. We had a standard garden room relatively close to main hotel building with a double and single bed in the room plus a balcony. Beds are on the firm side but perfectly comfortable. Each room has a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. We were a little concerned about the waterpark next door as it may attract a lot of children but this added to the family feel of the hotel and would describe it more as a magic life TUI than a Blu.There are plenty of pools and facilities/activities for all if you wish to take part but no pressure from the plethora of Reps on site. We spent most days on the sandy beach where the sand was cleaned and raked fresh every morning and not a bit of rubbish seen. Nice pontoon for fishing and sunbathing and the beach bar was decent but would benefit from a bit of a makeover. Sun beds are a little dated but consistent throughout the hotel and again would benefit from an upgrade in some areas to make it feel a bit more upmarket. Food is your typical Turkish AI with plenty of choice (sometimes too much) with live fresh cooked items outside such as pizza, kebabs and gozleme etc. Whilst repetitive we broke it up with the ala carte Turkish Taverna and Andiamo Italian restaurant for two nights during our stay. highly recommend the Turkish Taverna. Entertainment tries to cater for all with lots of activity for children and family shows such as acrobats and circus which were decent and the resident Musician Victor singing and playing guitar either in the amphitheatre or bar. Drinks are ok but cocktails particularly good in the main bar and would recommend the Expresso Martini or Crimson Cacao in particular. All in all, another excellent week in Turkey, great value at this time of year and with 7 days of blue sky and sunshine and temperature of 30 degrees (does feel cold in mornings and at night) A good hotel that could quite easily be great with a little TUI investment in some areas.

Lovley clean hotel.- all staff work very hard and there are always a few that leave a lasting impression a little tip goes a long way I would esspsially like to shout out to seval in the main buffet resturant she is attentive and such a lovley happy delightfull waitress nothing is too much and works so hard to provide an effortless service - the whole hotel is clean the grounds immaculate and plenty to do- we did safari jeep trip/ fishing/ boat trip to greek islands and a golf day. The local bar seans kareoke/anatolia resturant serves well priced yummy food 2 for one cocktails and kareoke they also provide a collect and drop off service free of charge we used them 3 or 4 times the water sports on the beach are afraid too overpriced at 75 euro for 10 mins is extortionate no wonder they were not used at all while we were there- al la carte's were very nice we did all of them with the itallian turning into the sports bar in the evening with live music and the best espresso martinis- room cleaners are brilliant and reception very helpful water park is a must to go its such a bonus - I would reccomend this hotel without a doubt.
