TUI BLUE Ephesus

Náš pobyt v hotelu jsme si opravdu užili. Všechno bylo naprosto dokonalé. Jste číslo jedna. Vrátíme se co nejdříve. Děkujeme za vaši pohostinnost a perfektní služby a zařízení.

Všechno v hotelu bylo skvělé. Všechny potraviny byly velmi chutné, náš pokoj byl často čištěn. Bezpečnostní osoba, kterou vidíte kdekoli, nás činí velmi bezpečným. Všichni pracovníci byli velmi vstřícní, příjem a vztah hosta byl velmi laskavý a všechny naše problémy okamžitě vyřešili.

Vynikající pro rodiny a zejména děti. Nekonečné hodiny zábavy. Dva velké bazény, dva malé bazény pro ty nejmenší (jeden s písčitým hřištěm a jeden se 3 tobogány), je to vlastní krásná písečná pláž, mělké moře znamená bezpečné koupání pro všechny, a samozřejmě obrovský 30 tobogán na místě. Bonus zde je, že hotel má vlastní bránu do aquaparku a můžete navštívit tak často, jak chcete. Zábava je nekonečná (i pro některé velké rodiče!) V hotelu a aquaparku jsou vždy k dispozici lehátka, a to i v rušných dobách, kdy hotel není nikdy přeplněný. Všechny pokoje byly renovovány na vysoké úrovni a hotel je po celou dobu udržován bez poskvrny. Široký a pestrý výběr jídel v hlavní restauraci. Zábavní tým Tui je velmi dobrý a personál hotelu je velmi přátelský, zdvořilý a vždy ochotný naslouchat a pomáhat tam, kde je to možné. Vždy jsme navštívili, když byla součástí Aqua Fantasy Hotel a Spa, takže jsme věděli, že rozdělení hotelu na tento nový koncept bude dobré a bude fungovat. A to je . Určitě se vrátíme

Our family’s first time to turkey and first all inclusive and won’t be our last. Travelled with my wife and two girls (3 and 5) for a week. Pros - We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite and the room was modern with good shower facilities and air con. - The entire resort was spotless. Everywhere you went cleaning staff were hard at work. Cannot fault it. - Waterpark was awesome. Barely had to queue and both my girls loved it and we spent a few hours there everyday. None of the food or drinks are included in the all inclusive at the water park so load up before heading over. The pirate ship section was ideal for the little ones and loads of other slides for kids >120cm. - Kids club- my youngest child was nervous at first so didn’t want to go first couple of days but all the girls who work there are wonderful with the kids and very kind. On every day apart from Monday 2-4. Kids were asking to go back by end of the week! - Entertainment- I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about the evening entertainment and although its first type of holiday like this I have done I don’t know what the standard is like usually, I thought the TUI reps did a decent job with the kids entertainment and family mini disco and worked hard at getting everyone involved. - Breakfast- great selection of pastries, cereal, eggs, fruit and my personal favourite the omelette station Negatives/suggestions - The flies were pretty horrendous. On you while you ate and all over a lot of the food on the stations in the dining hall. Not sure what can really be done as it’s obviously an open air space but it put you off the food a bit. Mosquitoes in the evening so bring spray. - lunch/dinner- lunch was just same stuff every day- burgers, chips etc. and dinner felt a bit like school dinners (with exception of sushi night which was excellent). Food a bit beige and bland. - Bizarre little market in the basement selling overpriced knock offs. Onsite shop has lost its mind with its pricing- €75 for an inflatable. €35 for sunscreen. Avoid. - Bring your own water bottles with you to fill up. Hilariously small plastic cups which barely hold anything otherwise.

Overall a really good place to go with the family. Spotlessly clean. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Food was standard for an all-inclusive. We always found d something to eat. Lovely snack bar at the pool during the day. A little repetitive but again, we all ate each day. Loads of fresh fruit available. Watermark was great with something for everyone. All the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Downsides.... the watermark is also open to the public and doesn't have an Al inclusive bar or place to grab any soft drinks. Not far to walk into the hotel to get a free drink but maybe something for the hotel to look at in the future? Wednesday night's there is someone sort of party thay goes on down the beach. Goes on until quite late and quite loud. Only once a week though so not the end of the world. Some of the watermark rides are governed by a minimum weight and no scales to check until you've queued right to the tip to find out the little ones are under weight. We'd definitely return to this place. Children of 11 and 15 enjoyed thoroughly. Tips.. there is an all inclusive bar and a lovely coffee bar at the pool near the watermark entrance. The coffee bar isn't all inclusive. You don't need cash though. Just give your room number and settle the bill before you check out at reception. You can spot turtles on the beach. Usually only able to see them during the day. They disappear in the evening. They live in the fresh water stream that is behind the watersports shack. The Wednesday Market in kusadasi is a real nightmare. Pressure from the stall traders is immense. We managed 15 minutes before getting a taxi back to the hotel. Turkey is renowned for this but this really was something else. If you do wnat to give it a go its 15 euros in a taxi each way. Reception will book you t taxi and to come back there's a rank next to the market. You can pay for anything in Turkish lira or Euros. However almost everything we saw was priced in euros or even British pounds. We only took lira and had no issues. They usually have siri at hand to convert the amount to lira for you. There's no British TV in the rooms. You can go up to the bar next to the Italian restaurant to watch the football if you wish though. We stayed 10 nights so qualified for the Italian restaurant AND the Turkish restaurant. The Turkish restaurant is up near the watermark entrance on the first floor. Both were ok. Nothing to wrote home about but worth a go. Staff again were absolutely amazing. Flies were a but of a headache. Most were kamikaze flies! Transfer from Bodrum airport is 2 hrs direct to the hotel with no stops. The glasses they give you for soft drinks are quite small. Given the heat it might be worth considering taking travel mugs or similar to fill up at self service machines etc. There's no self service machines around the pool and you have to queue at the bar. Might be good if they out a soft drinks machine out for people to self serve in the future?
