Balmy Foresta

Venkovní parky jsou hezké. Pokoje potřebuji rekonstrukci. Zejména výměna oken je nutná. Neumí tu ale italskou kuchyni. Ani po vysvětleni kuchaři, že voda na těstoviny musí být slaná, se nic nezměnilo. Jen 10% z jídelníčku chutná tak, jak by mělo.

Balmy Foresta unquestionably has an excellent setting: a pine forest, mountain views, plenty of greenery, peace and quiet, and a pleasant main pool area. It can be a good choice for guests looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Positives also include the absence of all-inclusive wristbands, well-made cocktails at the pool bar, and a very helpful Guest Relations team that dealt with our reported issue quickly and effectively. However, considering the price and the hotel’s boutique/luxury positioning, the actual standard feels inconsistent and falls noticeably short of what one would expect from a premium resort. We stayed in a Garden Family Room. On arrival, there was a clear musty/damp smell in the room. In the bathroom, there were visible signs of mould around the shower frames, which appeared to have been covered with fresh silicone rather than properly removed. The extractor fan was heavily dusty. Housekeeping was also superficial: bed linen and towels were changed regularly, but the floor remained noticeably insufficiently cleaned for several days. Restaurant service was inconsistent. In the main restaurant, on some days waiters actively looked after drinks, while on others guests had to get even a simple cup of tea themselves. The QR codes on the tables were only for viewing the menu and did not allow table ordering. At the poolside restaurant, my lunch order from the à la carte menu was missed. I only received my meal after I raised the issue, by which time the rest of my family had almost finished eating. There was no apology from the staff. The drinks selection also did not match our expectations of a luxury hotel. In all the bars we visited, the available spirits were mainly mid-range brands rather than genuinely premium ones. At the main pool bar, better options could already be unavailable after 3 p.m. The minibar was restocked regularly with water, juices, soft drinks and beer in small 250 ml cans. Regular restocking is a positive, but the overall offer did not create a premium impression. A particularly serious incident occurred when housekeeping threw away an insulated bag containing our child’s medication, which had been left on a table. Housekeeping should empty waste bins, but private belongings left on tables or other furniture should never be discarded. In a hotel aspiring to a premium standard, this is unacceptable. Balmy Foresta has potential and can offer an enjoyable holiday thanks to its natural setting, tranquillity and attractive outdoor areas. However, guests who have experienced genuinely well-run Turkish premium resorts, such as Kirman Leodikia, will likely notice a significant difference. Compared with such properties, Balmy Foresta feels like a decent holiday resort in a beautiful location, rather than a true luxury hotel. At this price point, I expected better cleanliness, more consistently professional service and a more genuinely premium overall experience.

I went to join my wife for 5 nights who was there on a longer trip. Plenty of space even in peak season. Food for us was good all round. Room was fine. Beach bar could do with a little more staff to cut down queueing but generally service was fine.

we had an unforgettable stay at Balmy Foresta.The hotel itself is set in a stunning natural environment ,peaceful green and the perfect escape to recharge. What truly elevated our holiday,however,was the entertainment and activity schedule .Often ,hotel animations can feel repetitive or dull,but here the energy was exceptional from morning to night.The entire animation team deserves huge praise for their constant enthuasiasm,warmth,and professionalism .They managed to keep everyone engaged without ever being pushy The daytime activities were a major highlight.We loved the friendly competition during the dart tournaments,and the creative workshops were such a refreshing touch.Mirror painting was a uniquely fun experience that we really appreciated.The cocktail making sessions were equally entertaining and delicious. Evenings were just a lively.There was never a boring moment,with well-curated events and a vibrant atmosphere through out the entire week.A sincere thank you to the animation team for making our holiday so dynamic ,fun and memorable. We will definitely be recommending this place and hope to return soon!

Spent 14 wonderful nights here July/August. Cannot fault anything. A very relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness is second to none, especially the toilets. All staff are friendly and helpful but a special shout out to Gengiz in the Garden Restaurant and Ules in the pool bar (cocktail king!) Also a lady (I think was the manageress) whose name I didn’t get, who helped us through a personal difficult time one day. If the lady reads this I want to thank you so much. Plenty of life guards around the pool and slides all who are on the ball. Excellent evening entertainment for kids and adults. Food plentiful, fresh and very varied. Ice cream the best I’ve ever tasted! All in all we had an amazing fortnight and would thoroughly recommend!
