Dream Family Club

Hotel byl ideální pro nás. Nyní je spolu s horským hotelem Dreamworld vedle něj. Recepce, restaurace jsou tam. V rodinném klubu jsou 4 bazény a 1 v kopci sněhu. Dětský bazén je opravdu chladný, takže jsme museli zakazovat, aby tam jeli. Nebyl to velký problém, který jsme strávili většinou na pláži. Tam je plážový bar, kde také oběd sloužili, takže jsme tam mohli strávit celý den. Plážový autobus vede každých 15 minut. Jídlo bylo opravdu dobré. Velký výběr salátů a dezertů. A výběr masa byl taky dokonalý. Mají mnoho různorodých pokrmů. Pro každé jídlo provozují gril, takže můžete jíst čerstvé grilované vepřové maso, ryby, kuřecí maso. Pokoje jsou velké. Byli jsme v rodinném pokoji se 2 ložnicemi. Každý z nich měl balkon. Vyčistili to každý den. Každý den jsme dostali čerstvou bottelskou vodu, ale ty barvy byste mohli dostat z lahví co nejvíce potřebujete

Stayed: May 2026 Travellers: Couple We visited this resort in the middle of May 26 and overall had a pleasant stay with plenty of positives, though a few things could be improved. The guest mix during our visit was mostly German travellers (around 65%), followed by Russian guests (about 20%) and a variety of other nationalities. One important note for anyone booking: if you reserved a room at Dream (World) Family Club (4★), you’ll need to look for the “Dream World Hill (5★)” sign when you arrive. There is no sign for “Dream (World) Family Club”, as both hotels share the same reception, territory, and some facilities. Our transfer driver wasn’t aware of this, which led to an unnecessary 30 minute delay, so it’s worth making sure your driver knows this arrangement in advance to avoid confusion. Don’t forget that Side is well known for its wind, which means the sea is almost always wavy. It’s rarely completely calm, so keep this in mind if you prefer very quiet sea. 👍 Positive Points 1. Great location close to shops and within easy walking distance of the beach. 2. Very clean hotel — special thanks to the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless and were always happy to help with extra supplies or fresh towels. 3. Good free Wi Fi throughout the hotel (we didn’t test the beach area). 4. Nice food variety, including ice cream at dinner. Good service as well. 5. Lovely coffee shop serving excellent coffee and delicious cheesecakes. 6. Good alcohol selection included in the all inclusive package. 7. Beautiful, clean beach with incredibly soft sand — perfect for long walks in either direction. The beach bar offers food, soft drinks, and beer. 8. Beach towels provided. 9. Well-equipped gym and sauna. 10. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool areas. 11. Fun animation team — I especially enjoyed the volleyball games. 12. Waterslides for children and a nightly kids’ animation program. 13. Convenient bus stop right next to the hotel with routes to Manavgat and Side. Travelling to Antalya requires one change and takes around two hours by public transport. 14. In-room amenities including coffee-making facilities and a TV with many channels, good sound proved walls. Not much noise from outside. 👎 Negative Points 1. No ironing board available in the room. 2. The indoor swimming pool was out of service during our stay. 3. The steam room was also not working. 4. Not enough sunbeds on the beach, especially during peak times. 5. Guests staying in the Family Club must pay extra for the à la carte restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return in November, but the indoor swimming pool not working is a key reason we won’t be booking for that season.

I would just like to say this was our second time at dream family club last year was a perfect holiday this year was a very disappointing holiday in more ways than one so first this hotel needs to do something with food boiled eggs for breakfast were raw the bread was hard and toaster was a waste of time, what is on at lunch wasn’t much better and most of it was cold and made into a stew at dinner, the fruit was also very hard not worth eating. The reps manager was very ignorant he hardly spoke in English especially at the tombolla.Chris the rep was fantastic a credit to the rest of the reps who we hardly saw till they were selling tombola tickets. The maids were lovely rooms were spotless every day last of all pool bar attendants were superb but they took a lot of judgement from Germans who most of them we’re ignorant and bar staff did not need the way they were treated and sorry but we will not be back at this hotel unless yous change things and cater for British people.

Were to start. This was our 3rd time returning to dream family club and what a serious disappointment this hotel has turned into. First of all I emailed 4 times prior to arriving requesting ground floor for my disabled mother who on arrival was given the top floor, after been told to come back in the morning to check availability for ground floor we decided to leave this as not to cause a fuss which resulted in my mum in regular pain through out her holiday! Also stated on Facebook page asking only to request room ONCE, which is funny considering you can’t respond nor honour my FOUR emails. Regarding rooms cleanliness I could not fault this the maids work wonders daily well done to them . The food was disgusting and repetitive, my children literally lived on chips in the hotel for 10 days I then had to go outside the hotel to provide them edible food which is unacceptable after paying all inclusive. Night entertainment would be as well non existent, as a party of 12 over our 10 night stay we saw 3 shows by performers the rest was provided by animation team, I can not explain my second hand embarrassment I felt during the “Mosquito comedy show” wow. Tombola night was hosted twice during our stay and this is when the reps came out of the woodwork for €€€€€€, with the exception of CRISS, who was fantastic with the whole family and really made our holiday we will miss him, THANK YOU CRISS (). I also have to add I was told directly by a member of animation team how I was so loud and kept him awake, he should take this up with his boss who has situated him in the basement attached to the all inclusive pool bar, this bar is open till 12 and by this time most nights I was back in my room, paying £3000 to enjoy my holiday the last thing I need is a bedtime by a entitled rep. I felt very uncomfortable in the hotel after this conversation, and for these reason we will never return. Shout out to the pool bar staff who are the ones constant working with a smile keeping the hotel running.
