Green Max Hotel

Honest review: great grounds, but falls short of a 5-star level. Sleep issues! Rating: 3 / 5 ⚖️ We stayed at the Green Max Hotel in the main building. The biggest plus of this hotel is its stunning grounds. Everything is very green, well-kept, and spotlessly clean. It’s a pleasure to walk around, and the gardeners deserve the highest praise. However, if we evaluate the hotel strictly by the "5-star" standard, there are too many drawbacks: 1. Noise and sleep issues. This is a huge minus for those who want to rest at night or travel with children: after 11:00 PM, the music plays so loudly that it is impossible to fall asleep. The noise level inside the main building is overwhelming. The management should definitely rethink this and hold late-night music events further away from the main residential building. 2. The beach. For a 5-star hotel in Belek, the beach is honestly quite poor. It looks neglected, and both the cleanliness and the overall setup of the beachfront leave much to be desired. We expected a completely different level from this location. 3. Service and bars. The bar staff is not very friendly. You rarely see a smile; they serve you with reluctance, making you feel unwelcome to come up to the bar. 4. Food. The food is basic. You won't go hungry, but it is definitely not a 5-star standard. The selection is quite modest, dishes are repetitive, and there is none of the variety or delicacies that you usually find in a good Turkish 5-star resort. Summary: As a budget 4-star hotel with a beautiful park, it would be great. But if you pay for a full 5-star experience, be ready for serious compromises regarding food, the beach, and, most importantly, peace and quiet at night.

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Turkey and I have to give a special shout-out to the wonderful team at the main restaurant. From the moment we arrived, Arife Nur, Guljahan, Enejan, and Aknur made every meal something to look forward to. These four were the heart and soul of the dining experience. Always smiling, endlessly friendly, and genuinely warm, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble. What really stood out was how talkative and personable they were. They remembered us, greeted us like old friends, and made the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and joyful. If you're staying here, keep an eye out for Arife Nur, Guljahan, Enejan, and Aknur. We can't thank them enough and would happily return just for their wonderful hospitality!
