Kaila City Hotel

Personál byl velmi pozorný a ochotný. Moc se nám líbilo. Nemůžeme nic vytknout.

Hotel se nám velmi líbil. Bylo nám s rodinou dobře. Děkuji lidem, kteří zde pracují. Zvláště bychom chtěli poděkovat Banu, Enes, Kübra a Aysun, kteří pracovali na recepci. Opravdu se o nás starali. Poloha hotelu je velmi pěkná. hotel blízko moře

Kaila City did not feel like a four-star hotel. The biggest concerns were food and hygiene: repetitive food, poor breakfast, flies around and inside buffet dishes, hairs in food, dead insects in spice containers, dirty plates and staff handling food with bare hands. Several members of our family also became ill with a stomach bug during the stay. Cats roamed freely inside the restaurant and on the terrace, and the lobby had a strong cat urine smell. Other issues included musty-smelling towels, poor soundproofing, very loud evening music, a cramped dining area and no proper luggage room. Overall, the hotel was well below what we expected. We would not stay here again.
