Absolute rip off, paid for 2 adults and 2 kids through Jet2 , where given a room for 3 people after a complaint they cahnged saying jet2 are misselling our rooms. Before booking we asked if waterpark was open and where told it was so booked, only to get here and its closed excuse give weather??? Its 23 degrees with a very light wind ??? Then told by another member off staff ig eont open till the 1st of May weather permitting ?? Nothing to do for kids got told of for playing football save your money do not vome here until summer season
