Side Aluna Hotel

Fantastický hotel Jsem britská matka, která cestovala se svými 3 dětmi (15) (8) (5). Četl jsem recenze o tom, že Němci jsou hrubí. Nebylo to tak, že mladí byli milí a přátelští. Zažil jsem jen špatnou atmosféru, když starší Němci začali dorazit, udělali bod, který se nám nelíbil Britové (ale byli nebude mi ničit dovolenou), není o tom negativním, co mohu říci o tomto hotelu, pouze pokud vám nebude vadit, že je jediným britským člověkem. Hotel byl po celý čas bez poskvrny

The hotel was lovely, but probably wouldn’t return. We felt like the only English people there, as the hotel was 95% German. The food was hit and miss- lots of selection, but food wasn’t suited towards warm weather with things like casserole on offer. The animation team were fab! Especially Enes!! Always high energy and tried to involve us as much as possible with us being the only English. Enes would always translate everything for us and encourage us to get involved! The bar staff was again were hit and miss with their attitude, some had very strong opinions about us being English and were very very cold to us. One bar man gave us a dirty glass! and no alcohol in the cocktail and laughed with his friend doing so. Some bar men made us feel very uncomfortable that we then walked up 4 flights of stairs to the upstairs bar where they were much friendlier. Very mixed opinions on this hotel and their staff as a British person.

Ther are cool activity and nice employees

It was a pleasant experience, especially at the beach, thanks to a very kind and skilled gentleman named Apo, who ensured the service was impeccable. At the hotel, the food was varied; overall, it was a good experience for my family.

The animations team was really good me and my family enjoyed the water polo especially which was run by Johnny who was really friendly and made our experience great I would definitely come back here again.
