I would like to sincerely thank the lifeguards working at the hotel. They are truly wonderful, dedicated, and highly professional people. They are incredibly friendly, kind, and always smiling, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and safe. They constantly look after the safety of the guests, are attentive and helpful, and react immediately whenever needed. I especially appreciate their approach to children — they are patient, caring, and always keep a close eye on the pool to make sure everyone can enjoy it safely. It is clear that they do their job with great responsibility, dedication, and heart. Thanks to people like them, you can truly relax and feel safe during your stay. A huge thank you to the entire lifeguard team — you are absolutely amazing! Your presence, smiles, and professionalism make the hotel experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is stylish and well-laid-out, with great pools and a waterpark. The location is pretty good—right across the street from The Land of Legends, with frequent shuttles to the beach, where you can find a small local market. The beach itself is fine, complete with a bar where you can grab a snack. ​If I were to pick flaws, the renovation in the rooms was done rather sloppily, and the housekeeping is just so-so. The food is tasty, but there seemed to be a limited selection with a lot of repetition. It’s a 5-star hotel, but definitely not luxury. ​The animation team is quite good, featuring interesting evening shows and visiting aqua aerobics instructors. To reach a true luxury level, they’re missing live cooking stations, a better variety of food (whether it was Turkish Night, Italian Night, or a regular day, the food felt mostly the same), and proper cocktails at the evening events—we constantly had to walk up to the 2nd floor or the lobby bar to get a drink in the evening. ​During lunch, the staff doesn't really know how to greet guests; it was a rare occasion for anyone to even offer water—they mostly just cleared plates, so there wasn't much reason to leave tips. ​Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but they definitely have room for improvement. Is very good and near with the land of legends and airport, atmosphere good, the room is small in delux room with pool view, value price is good, the cleanlines in room is poor, the service by Ömer the bartender in pool is very friendly, works hard and copes with the flow work, you will spend every day with positive energy, Omer is a very good man, the best in Belek, there is no one like him, for the beach 8 minutes by bus and return 4 minutes. Overall the hotel is good.

Room cleaning is poor; the shower glass isn't properly cleaned, and bed sheets and towels aren't changed daily—it’s been three days without a change. In the dining area, cups are often not washed thoroughly; the quality isn't up to par. The food is good, but the menu doesn't change. When I arrived at reception and asked to see the room beforehand, the receptionist was rude and arrogant, refusing to show it to me.
