The best time thanks to Ahmet at the pool bar, always put so much effort in and took care of us day in day out the atmosphere he created was amazing. Would highly recommend based on the staff mainly Ahmet and the life guard team. Hotel is clean, food is really good all together really good experience.

⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing – not the standard we expect from Turkey We travel to Turkey every year and have stayed in many all-inclusive hotels, so we have a good idea of the standard you can normally expect. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotels we have stayed in and we definitely would not return. We stayed for 10 days at the end of May/beginning of June. The hotel itself is very small and felt cramped. There was very little space around the pool and not enough room for sunbeds. There was also nowhere for the children to play football or really have any space to play, which was disappointing for a family holiday. The food selection in the main restaurant was very limited compared with other Turkish all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at. There was no seafood such as prawns or salmon and generally only around two meat choices. We expected much more variety. One of our biggest disappointments was that ALL of the à la carte restaurants were closed during our stay. We were told this was because it was the Turkish holidays. We couldn't understand why advertised facilities weren't available during our 10-day holiday. We raised this several times and eventually had a meeting with five managers about the problems we were experiencing. Following that meeting, the à la carte restaurants were opened just for us for the final two nights of our 10-night holiday. Ironically, the à la carte meals were lovely and probably some of the best food we had during our stay. This made it even more frustrating because we shouldn't have had to repeatedly complain and have a meeting with five managers just to be able to use facilities that we believed were part of our holiday. It's such a shame because, had they been available as expected, they would have made a big difference to our experience. Drinks service was another major frustration. There was no waiter/table service for drinks at the bars or restaurants, so you constantly had to queue yourself. At busy times the bar queues were very long. There was also no bar open downstairs near the evening entertainment, meaning every time you wanted a drink you had to go upstairs. The advertised 24-hour bar wasn't actually open 24 hours either. Our room wasn't properly restocked. Basic items such as toilet roll and shampoo weren't regularly replaced and the minibar wasn't consistently replenished. Ice cream was only available between 3pm and 6pm, which seemed very restrictive for a family all-inclusive resort. The beach was extremely disappointing and honestly not somewhere we wanted to spend any time. We ended up avoiding it. The most frustrating part of the holiday was having to complain to management several times about different issues. You go on holiday to relax, not to spend your time chasing management to receive services and facilities you expected to be available. We absolutely love Turkey and return every year because we normally find the hotels, food, facilities and service fantastic. Unfortunately, this hotel simply didn't compare with the other Turkish resorts we have experienced. There were some positives — particularly the à la carte food once we were finally able to experience it — but overall the hotel felt too small, cramped and limited, and the service and facilities didn't meet our expectations. Sadly, we wouldn't return.

I have chosen this hotel because of the price , wanting just a few days away and not expecting much. I was so impressed by the quality of the hotel. We were upgraded on arrival with a very nice room which was surprising. The hotel offers everything that we found in more expensive hotels and extra. They have a big heated pool which was a godsend because the weather was not so great. We are definitely coming back with the kids.

The hotel fully met my expectations and offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio. It’s modern, new, clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional. They never pressure you and never ask for tips. The food is very good and varied, and the drinks are also surprisingly good for this price range. There is a free shuttle to the beach, and the hotel is right across from Land of Legends. There are different events every evening, including special themed nights like Oktoberfest. The hotel also has a barbershop included in the price and a tattoo salon available for an extra charge. If it’s your first time in Turkey, the staff are very helpful with recommendations and guidance. Overall, for this price, I think it’s one of the best options in the area. I stayed in September and would definitely recommend it. Also mr Yahya and Omer were amazing company and always helpful, try and reach them if you need help.
