Dream of Zanzibar

My 4 day stay here was nothing short of amazing! The staff and all the accommodations were truly exceptional. I will absolutely recommend this resort to anyone.

The hotel and the Staff exceeded All our expections it is simply the best hotel im Zanzibar .the service was superb Rahma she is the best every ✨and the rest of the team where simply the best you couldn't Ask for better people

I live in Uroa and I wanted to take my friends to upscale dinner. We arrived at the restaurant and asked for a menu. They gave us one, without prices and mentioned they have ALSO a buffet. We checked the buffet and it was not too grate, less than mediocre. One kind of meat, and some beans, etc. Nothing to write home about. And the price? $$% US. WOW. So we decided we will order from the menu. They sent us down to the reception. There, they told us wit a typical Tanzania smirk that they have ONLY the buffet, nothing else. Typical disorganize people. So we left and went to the local burger place. And it was great. Burgers, chicken burgers, all freshly made for about $8,00 a piece. Very tasty and large. Not every 5* hotels provide 5* choices.

Unfortunately we didn't get to go the end of February this year, due to middle east War 28th Feb We were So very disappointed Insurance wouldn't pay out, and we're no help at all But this hotel delivered amazeing response, fantastic customer service , went above and behond to help us, and we are so looking forward to going now next year instead Many thanks Chantelle and management at Dream of Zanzibar hotel and Spa you showed so much compassion

Wow Upon arrival (5 am), we were greeted with a smile and a platter of grilled cheese, beef, and fries. The staff is always smiling and strives for perfection. Special mention to Generoser for her beautiful smile and Maryam, who introduced me to new drinks every evening. On the day of our departure, they allowed us to keep our room until our pick up to the airport (6:30 pm). A truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it.
