Dream of Zanzibar... and Didn't We Just! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dream of Zanzibar truly lived up to its name and was the perfect way to end our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and throughout our stay, the service was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. We were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch after our journey. A new trainee escorted us to our room, showed us around the facilities, and made us feel instantly at ease. He was professional, friendly, and a real credit to the Dream of Zanzibar team. One of the things that stood out most during our stay was the staff. No matter where we were in the resort, everyone seemed genuinely happy, always smiling, chatting, and going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Their positivity and attentiveness created such a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. The pool area and beachfront were absolutely stunning. Both were immaculately maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Whether spending time by the pool or walking along the beach, everything felt clean, peaceful, and well cared for. The restaurant experience was another highlight of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at every meal, ensuring everything was just right. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes available to suit all tastes. There was always plenty of choice, and the quality was consistently excellent. Our personal favourites were the soups, which were delicious every single day and became something we looked forward to at each meal. We also visited the spa on a couple of occasions. The spa manager was very welcoming and friendly, and our treatments were exceptional. In fact, the massages were among the best we have ever experienced. The therapists were clearly highly skilled and provided treatments of an outstanding standard. There were just a couple of small areas where the experience could be improved. Compared with the wonderfully friendly and engaging staff throughout the rest of the resort, some of the spa staff appeared less enthusiastic and didn't seem quite as welcoming. In addition, our treatment room was located downstairs near reception, and during our massages we could hear a manager's phone repeatedly ringing, as well as conversations taking place nearby. The addition of relaxing background music in the treatment rooms could help create a more tranquil atmosphere and mask some of the external noise. These were only minor points, however, and certainly did not detract from what was an amazing stay overall. Dream of Zanzibar exceeded our expectations in so many ways, from the incredible staff and beautiful surroundings to the fantastic food and excellent facilities. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Zanzibar. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable holiday. 🌴☀️⭐

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The food is also delicious! A huge thank you to Praygod — he prepared excellent shisha and always made sure our drinks were topped up. :))

My 4 day stay here was nothing short of amazing! The staff and all the accommodations were truly exceptional. I will absolutely recommend this resort to anyone.

The hotel and the Staff exceeded All our expections it is simply the best hotel im Zanzibar .the service was superb Rahma she is the best every ✨and the rest of the team where simply the best you couldn't Ask for better people

I live in Uroa and I wanted to take my friends to upscale dinner. We arrived at the restaurant and asked for a menu. They gave us one, without prices and mentioned they have ALSO a buffet. We checked the buffet and it was not too grate, less than mediocre. One kind of meat, and some beans, etc. Nothing to write home about. And the price? $$% US. WOW. So we decided we will order from the menu. They sent us down to the reception. There, they told us wit a typical Tanzania smirk that they have ONLY the buffet, nothing else. Typical disorganize people. So we left and went to the local burger place. And it was great. Burgers, chicken burgers, all freshly made for about $8,00 a piece. Very tasty and large. Not every 5* hotels provide 5* choices.
