HOTEL JAZ AMALUNA můžu hodnotit jako jeden z nejkrásnějších a nejlepších hotelu v kterém jsem kdy byl. Tady mysli opravdu na vše. Pokoje krásné a čisté. Hotel nový, luxusní a čistý. Jídlo výborné, čerstvé a velký výběr. Bazen čistý, teplota tak akorát na svlažení. Lehátka jak u bazénu tak u moře každý den vyčištěna a připravena. 3 bary v kterých nabízí nespočet výborných drinku. Pokud budete i tak chtít jiný drink barman Vám ho přípraví. Starají se tady o Vás jako o krále. Opravdu jim jde o to až Vaše dovolena v tomto hotelu je perfektní. Velké poděkování patří MEMY, neskutečně milý a vstřícný. Žádal jsem přítelkyni o ruku a jen díky němu to byl takto nádherný zážitek. Opravdu moc děkujeme MEMY. Ovšem každy v tomto hotelu je strašně milý a chce vám s čímkoliv pomoct, neustále se ujišťují jestli je vše v pořádku. Pokud se nám něco nelíbí tak jim to řekneme a oni udělají vše proto aby jsme byly spokojeni. Velké díky patří BETH, EDSON, ALEX, ELIHURUMA, TANU a MEMY. We are so happy we have chosen this place for our anniversary celebration! It was really great! The hotel is new and very cozy. The environment is amazing! Food was always fresh and tasty! The most important part of the hotel is staff! They create really friendly and welcoming atmosphere! We miss this place so much! We would love to thank everyone who has been in touch with us! Issa made our stay full of fun! Hafidh was very kind and helpful to us all the time. Amina is a beautiful girl who knows how to make super delicious mocktails! Jacob is also really nice person! We can’t count every person, but we’re grateful to all of you guys! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and were impressed from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were truly amazing. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made a huge difference and really made our stay feel special. The service was excellent and every detail was handled with care. The staff were always available when we needed assistance and were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, and the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. You can really tell that the team takes pride in creating a great experience for their guests. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service and genuinely wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Lucas and Veronica what an amazing pair Took us to our room then a tour around the hotel . Issa head of animation made us feel apart of the family of the jaz alaluma Juma in the restaurant with josephina every day took care of us. We would love to come back to zanzibar and definitely would stay here again.

Such a lovely holiday made even more special by all the staff Veronica lucas and Ibrahim on reception. Breakfast Josephina made us very welcome with her lovely smile with our coffees every morning. The tour of the town was most memorable seeing thw children in achool and the knowledge from the hotel guide was fantastic. The bar boys in the evening meshack and michael kept my wine topped up and my daughter lived the hot chocolate. Dont be put off by the locals on the beach my husband and I enjoyed massages on a few days from sayieda and her sister ayesha these ladies are amazing and beautiful. There was also a few massai and local boys selling on the beach just trying to earn a living if you buy something however big or small they really appreciate it and it was nice to chat and get to know thier way of life. We will definitely be back hopefully very soon thank you so much to everyone at jaz amaluna
