HOTEL JAZ AMALUNA můžu hodnotit jako jeden z nejkrásnějších a nejlepších hotelu v kterém jsem kdy byl. Tady mysli opravdu na vše. Pokoje krásné a čisté. Hotel nový, luxusní a čistý. Jídlo výborné, čerstvé a velký výběr. Bazen čistý, teplota tak akorát na svlažení. Lehátka jak u bazénu tak u moře každý den vyčištěna a připravena. 3 bary v kterých nabízí nespočet výborných drinku. Pokud budete i tak chtít jiný drink barman Vám ho přípraví. Starají se tady o Vás jako o krále. Opravdu jim jde o to až Vaše dovolena v tomto hotelu je perfektní. Velké poděkování patří MEMY, neskutečně milý a vstřícný. Žádal jsem přítelkyni o ruku a jen díky němu to byl takto nádherný zážitek. Opravdu moc děkujeme MEMY. Ovšem každy v tomto hotelu je strašně milý a chce vám s čímkoliv pomoct, neustále se ujišťují jestli je vše v pořádku. Pokud se nám něco nelíbí tak jim to řekneme a oni udělají vše proto aby jsme byly spokojeni. Velké díky patří BETH, EDSON, ALEX, ELIHURUMA, TANU a MEMY. We had the most wonderful stay at JAZ Amaluna and couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic and everything is kept to a really high standard. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable anniversary, with the stunning surroundings making it feel even more special. What really made our stay, however, was the people. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. There was a genuine warmth from everyone, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. A particularly special mention has to go to Issa from the entertainment/animation team. What a lovely man! His attitude is absolutely brilliant — he is friendly, enthusiastic, funny and genuinely seems to love what he does. He has a fantastic way of making guests feel welcome without ever being overbearing. He really is a huge asset to JAZ Amaluna and someone the hotel should be extremely proud of. We also really enjoyed spending time chatting with Julius and Mariamu. Both were absolutely lovely and helped make our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. These little interactions with the staff are what turn a good holiday into a truly memorable one. Lucas on reception also deserves a special mention. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. And we have to talk about the food! It was genuinely incredible. The quality, variety and presentation were fantastic, and we were continually impressed by the meals throughout our stay. There was always something delicious to enjoy, and the food was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. Celebrating an anniversary somewhere new can be a little daunting because you hope the experience will live up to the occasion — but JAZ Amaluna absolutely exceeded our expectations. We felt relaxed, looked after and genuinely welcomed throughout our entire stay. A huge thank you to everyone at JAZ Amaluna, and especially Issa, Julius, Mariamu and Lucas. You all played a part in making our anniversary trip one that we will remember for a very long time. Beautiful hotel, incredible food, fantastic facilities and truly wonderful people. Very beautiful experience, staffs very good especially Ibrahim is very welcoming and accommodating, drinks good n the food is great , the total package is a 100,the spa section was a great experience n relaxing I totally enjoyed it

Amazing hotel, such welcoming staff Issa and Ismal made us feel so welcomed and were so friendly and helpful ! Food is amazing, different food every day and different cuisines. Hotel is so clean and unreal.
