HOTEL JAZ AMALUNA můžu hodnotit jako jeden z nejkrásnějších a nejlepších hotelu v kterém jsem kdy byl. Tady mysli opravdu na vše. Pokoje krásné a čisté. Hotel nový, luxusní a čistý. Jídlo výborné, čerstvé a velký výběr. Bazen čistý, teplota tak akorát na svlažení. Lehátka jak u bazénu tak u moře každý den vyčištěna a připravena. 3 bary v kterých nabízí nespočet výborných drinku. Pokud budete i tak chtít jiný drink barman Vám ho přípraví. Starají se tady o Vás jako o krále. Opravdu jim jde o to až Vaše dovolena v tomto hotelu je perfektní. Velké poděkování patří MEMY, neskutečně milý a vstřícný. Žádal jsem přítelkyni o ruku a jen díky němu to byl takto nádherný zážitek. Opravdu moc děkujeme MEMY. Ovšem každy v tomto hotelu je strašně milý a chce vám s čímkoliv pomoct, neustále se ujišťují jestli je vše v pořádku. Pokud se nám něco nelíbí tak jim to řekneme a oni udělají vše proto aby jsme byly spokojeni. Velké díky patří BETH, EDSON, ALEX, ELIHURUMA, TANU a MEMY. We just returned from a wonderfully relaxing couple’s getaway at this beautiful resort. As a new adults only hotel that only opened this year, it is already delivering an incredible experience. If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil retreat, this is absolutely the perfect place to unwind. The Rooms & Vibe - The design of the resort is stunning, and our room was fantastic and incredibly spacious. Because the hotel focuses on a peaceful atmosphere, we were able to truly relax without the loud, chaotic vibe you sometimes get at larger resorts. Areas for Improvement (Minor Teething Issues) - Being a brand-new hotel, there were a couple of minor growing pains. We found that the staff could sometimes be a bit slow with drinks around the pool, and on a few occasions, the resort ran out of beach towels. However, management is clearly dedicated to fixing these small details. We absolutely loved that Anna from customer relations came around to personally ask us how they could improve the hotel. It shows they truly care about guest feedback. The owners and management team were exceptional and always checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The Outstanding Team - What really made our trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. At the bar in the evenings, Meshack, Michael, and Frank provided great service and made us feel so welcome. A special shout-out to Issak and Shaban, who were absolutely brilliant—Issak was so funny and, along with Shaban, always kept us thoroughly entertained and smiling throughout our stay. Despite a couple of minor new-hotel hiccups, the exceptional service and peaceful atmosphere made this a wonderful holiday. We would highly recommend it for couples looking to switch off and relax!

More staff than guests makes the hotel so luxurious, from yemes who is so attentive at the pool serving drinks with his frendly demeanour, to Issa who cannot do enough for you with everthing else . The rooms are attended twice a day to clean then spray with mossie deterent. Overall a first class hotel.

Excelent Hotel! Very clean and Top Service! The people were absolutely nice and polite. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Thank you to all employees for that great experience.
