I had a cancellation issue with my booking and was honestly unsure of what to do, but the team at Lux Marijani were incredibly helpful and understanding. I had the pleasure of speaking with the wonderful Rooma on the phone, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen, understand the situation and help me in every way she could. Her kindness, professionalism and willingness to help really stood out and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It was clear that the team genuinely cared about helping their guests. I’m extremely grateful for the support I received and it has made me even more excited about staying at Lux Marijani. From the excellent customer service to the warm and welcoming approach, everything has been fantastic so far. A special thank you to Rooma for being so wonderful and helpful. The sunrise was competing with room but the dinner won I would stay here for life if i could

This is such a beautiful hotel, but what really stood out to me was the lovely staff. Everyone was SO friendly and attentive. Special mention to Abdul who was a particularly patient coconut weaving teacher! We also saw a really incredible acrobatics display one evening at dinner, and I wish I had caught their name!

A wonderful stay. The hotel is well presented; very relaxing. The staff were professional, very helpful and friendly.
