Vše bylo v pořádku. Je silný odliv a příliv, vše však vynahradí bazén. Jidlo je skvělé. Naprosto pohodová dovolená.

Velmi krásný hotel, výborné jídlo, obsluha, bar i animátoři ( Abdul) výborný a organizace 100%. Rádi se vrátíme. Amazing vaction

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great - the food was delicious, the entertainment was fun and engaging, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated being able to relax on the beach without being constantly approached by vendors. The whole experience felt welcoming, peaceful, and full of genuine hospitality. I chose this hotel because of the reviews I read this is by no way à 5 star hotel the bathroom needed à deep clean and quite often had a sewerage smell The sheets were full of bobbles and needed replacing the towels and bathrobes were grey and needed replacing the mosquito net had holes in it The curtains didn’t meet when pulled on so light came into the room But the staff were all lovely apart from the manager Ahmed the reviews are so good because he fills them in himself I was approached on our last morning and he asked who had booked our holiday me or my husband we were not sure what he was meaning but before we knew it he had my phone and completed the review on booking .com no wonder the reviews are so good when he is completing them himself so beware do not book this hotel on the reviews but like I mentioned all the other staff were wonderful but more à 3 star than à 5 star They mention they have 2 restaurants apart from buffet which was another reason we booked it but the so called Italian had nothing on several occasions apart from chicken and tiramisu and the seafood restaurant which I was looking forward to was never open shame because could be a lovely place if money was spent on hotel

We switched to the Royal Mandarin partway through our Zanzibar trip and only wished we'd done it sooner. For the price, it genuinely overdelivers. The rooms were very comfortable and we spent a lot of time around the pools, which were great. The service was the real highlight. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, and Ahmed went out of his way to look after us. He was genuinely helpful and clearly cares about guests having a good time. The food was solid, and honestly better than most of what we ate elsewhere on the island. We never found a truly memorable meal anywhere in Zanzibar, so that's no mark against this place. If you're after a comfortable, friendly, well-priced base in Zanzibar, this one's an easy recommendation.
