We had a wonderful dinner experience. The food was excellent and so was the server. Kalista was gracious and charming . We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent service and local cuisine.

We had such a wonderful experience here while visiting Zanzibar! The food was absolutely amazing, but what really made our visit special was our server, Kalista. She was incredibly friendly, had such great energy, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and hospitality made an already great meal even better. Definitely one of our favorite dining experiences in Zanzibar. Highly recommend!

Had 2 nights here after 11 nights at the Riu Palace , tucked away up the back alleys but it’s an oasis of comfort and luxury. Rooms were spacious and airy with air con , staff are so friendly , rooftop restaurant bar was a great find , sank a few beers up here after exploring stone town , excellent view , brekky was average,unfortunately we ate here on last night and the house special tagine which was lamb of course turned out be a bland tomato chicken type curry in a small round dish with no vegetables,small token salad which was as big as the palm of you’re hand and some couscous , no bread as advertised , so food was definitely disappointing . The pool was a god send after having all day in the streets exploring Overall good hotel Special mention to Sophia who was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough As a guide one night we had 5 x 500ml bottles of beer , 4 g&t’s and it was $30 , which was great value for an hotel Yes cheaper out and about but we were pleasantly surprised
