Garden Palace Hotel

Wonderful experience with my family 🙂 I will definitelly come back and suggest to my friends. I had such a relaxing time. I felt like home. Lovely garden by the way..❤️

A real garden , with very nice trees and flowers . The staf was excellent, helpful and smiling all the time. Very nice place for vacations, quiet clean . Worth every penny

I do it quick: + They clean the rooms everyday + Pool is clean + Near the beach Now the bad stuff. - Personal just 2 men was nice. The rest was very arrogant. A thin lady who work at the desk and the Pool bar was extremly arrogant. - Drinking stuff. The Water is more warm then cold. When you like coffee you just get for the ( All Inlcusive ) price very little one. When you want bigger you must pay. You want ice cream you must pay. - Eating. Every day the same. I was 4 days there and just 1 day they bring something else. The rest is Pasta with tomate sauce ( Taste everyday same like they just heated) rice with seafood and french fries. - Snack time. They make something like Petulla. So when you not waiting there in 10 minutes they dont have much food and they dont do more. I come 15 minutes after they open the snack bar. 2 of 3 Boxex was empty. When i ask they told me its finish they dont bring new stuff. - Fire Security. The one was out of Service. How this can happend in a Hotel?? - Pool area and the front of the hotel. TAKE CARE!!! ITS VERY VERY DANGEROUS AND SLIPPERY!! - They dont have baby seats - A/C dont work like it should. I pay for All Inclusive but the money was not worth. I never come back here again. I told my friends who come here to dont come. I also talk with my Travel Agency i booked because there ist nesrly nothing good. Me and my friend must ho to hospital to take Infusion because we get something from the food. You have a good place but you ruined. The Personal is to arrogant and when you dont understand what they say and you ask they got a little aggressive. Im sorry but never ever i go here. I better pay more money and got a real hotel.
