Garden Palace Hotel

I do it quick: + They clean the rooms everyday + Pool is clean + Near the beach Now the bad stuff. - Personal just 2 men was nice. The rest was very arrogant. A thin lady who work at the desk and the Pool bar was extremly arrogant. - Drinking stuff. The Water is more warm then cold. When you like coffee you just get for the ( All Inlcusive ) price very little one. When you want bigger you must pay. You want ice cream you must pay. - Eating. Every day the same. I was 4 days there and just 1 day they bring something else. The rest is Pasta with tomate sauce ( Taste everyday same like they just heated) rice with seafood and french fries. - Snack time. They make something like Petulla. So when you not waiting there in 10 minutes they dont have much food and they dont do more. I come 15 minutes after they open the snack bar. 2 of 3 Boxex was empty. When i ask they told me its finish they dont bring new stuff. - Fire Security. The one was out of Service. How this can happend in a Hotel?? - Pool area and the front of the hotel. TAKE CARE!!! ITS VERY VERY DANGEROUS AND SLIPPERY!! - They dont have baby seats - A/C dont work like it should. I pay for All Inclusive but the money was not worth. I never come back here again. I told my friends who come here to dont come. I also talk with my Travel Agency i booked because there ist nesrly nothing good. Me and my friend must ho to hospital to take Infusion because we get something from the food. You have a good place but you ruined. The Personal is to arrogant and when you dont understand what they say and you ask they got a little aggressive. Im sorry but never ever i go here. I better pay more money and got a real hotel.

Boutique hotel running with passion by lovely family. Special thanks to Hotel Manager-Mrs. Besmira, who made our stay comfortable. Hotel staff very kind, helpful with client approach Food was good, however I was expecting more mediterranean dishes :) Great macchiato from the bar in restaurant part, tasty wine and absolutely delicious fig confiture (homemade)! Beach bar near the sea Hotel is under construction, so if we want to come back to Albania again I would pick again Garden Palace to see the progress :) People in this hotel is a real value! Guys, put some small wardrobes or at least small cabinet in the room as it was not so comfortable to keep all clothes in the suitcase:) All the best for all of you! :) Karolina

Hotel koszmar. Brud ,smród i ubóstwo. Jedzenie słabe , nieurozmaicone. Jak ktoś lubi jeść mięso jak guma to w sam raz trafi. Praktycznie zero owoców morza, a z owoców jedynie winogrono i arbuz. Menu niezmienne przez cały tydzień. Obsługa kelnerska i barmańska w brudnych ubraniach, praktyczne w tej samej koszulce przez cały nasz okres pobytu. Brak placu dla dzieci, brak atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych. Basen malutki. Właściwie większość gości to albańscy turyści. Zresztą obsługa zajmuje się głownie nimi, reszta niech sobie radzi. Plaża brudna, pełno petów w piasku. Czystość pokoi, pozostawia wiele do życzenia, trzeba nawet po papier podejść do recepcji po często panie nie zostawiają. Ja nie wiem skąd te 4 * . Rozmawialiśmy z turystami z innego hotelu , również 4* , to jakbyśmy w innym świecie się znaleźli. dostali to co w folderze. także nie wybierajcie tego hotelu. Czytajcie opinie. Ja tego nie zrobiłem i żałuję. Ale człowiek się uczy na błędach.
