Marbella Beach

This spring, I booked a six-night stay at this hotel for September (traveling alone). Everything seemed fine at first. In August, I suddenly received a notification saying that my credit card was no longer valid. I re-entered the exact same card details, but the very next day my reservation was canceled without giving me the opportunity to update my payment method or resolve the issue. The most surprising part is that my bank card is perfectly valid. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there were no issues with the card. I also made another six-night hotel reservation this spring using the same card, and it was accepted without any problems. I contacted the hotel's customer support by email and also tried calling, but unfortunately no one responded. It is very disappointing to have such a negative experience with this hotel. I cannot recommend it. My vacation has not even started yet, but the negative experience began before my trip even began.

I had a really nice stay at Marbella Beach Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location right by the beach was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a great place to relax. Everything was well organised, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Marbella,the hotel was beautiful the atmosphere was amaizing and the service was exellent.A special thank you to the entire staff for being so friendly,welcoming,helpful and always ready with a smile.They made our stay even more enjoyable and memoralbe.Definitely will come back again.

I don’t know who writes these reviews, but they are not even close to the reality. The hotel is very cramped. 4 tables outside near the poil and 4 tables on the rooftop of the restaurabt. Full of kids jumping in the pool even though there is the ‘no diving rule’ on the panel. Food is very limited, very little diversity and not even a dessert on sight at lunch. Pathetic cocktails on the all inlcusive package, and soft drinks coming from a 2.5l bottle. Again, I don’t know who writes there reviews, because the staff is not so friendly at all. We were 3 people with 2 bottles of water in the room, and when I asked the staff at the reception if that seems ok, she just shrugged and said the water is complementary and that the standard for them is 2 bottles per room, and that everything else must be paid. The room was the only acceptable thing in the holiday: clean and quite spacious. The other things were something atrocious. Be aware and don’t waste your money on this hotel, it is not worth it.

It was a great holiday the staff was very friendly and helpful the rooms were nice and clean definitely had a great time
