Oricon Coast Resort

It is not a 5* hotel as it shows, We had a all inclusive and the food was realy tasty a good served, but for a 5* hotel needs to have more quality beers and vines at the bar. and more options of drinkings... And we can't have one time dinner at ala carte.

This is mostly going to be a negative review, so lets start with the positives: First and foremost, the staff was AMAZING. Extremely helpful, and always with a smile. The interior and exterior of the main building was stunningly beautiful, and the pool area likewise. The room was spacious and I have never slept better in those beds! Very comfortable! And now for the negatives: The toilet door had huge cracks around it, showing the insulation. The door to the room loosened several times. When we asked to get it fixed, the only did so temporarely, wich only led to it loosening again. The lights in the main building went out a couple of times. At one time we had to eat in the dark. Most of the time there was no water in the main building toilets, so you could wash your hands or flush. The information about dining time, entertainment, what was all included and other things were incorrect. When we asked, the staff gave us different answers. The food was very underwhelming, especially for a vegetarian. I mean, it is not a 5 star meal when there aren't any vegetarian meals and you are offered cooked pasta and rice with nothing else. They had very nice salad, vegetables and fruits though! Also, the food was cold almost every time. The kitchen staff barely knew any english, wich complicated things when I need to ask about things I can't eat. The building where our room was located had stairs leading up to it had stairs wich complicated things for me as a wheelchair-user. Luckely I can walk. So, all in all I had a good visit, but unfortanatly, at this stage, I wouldn't recommend the hotel. But, maybe in a couple of years when they have got everything toghether. After all, the staff was GREAT and I had a pleasant stay.

It is a family-friendly hotel! very clean environment; large and modern, contemporary with a swimming pool and the sea very close. very kind restorant and good food! Good live music at the weekend ! we were very pleased and will come back again!
