KATASTROFA! Úklid strašný i po stížnosti, ponechaný otevřený pokoj, nepořádek na zemi i ve sprše, uzavřený snack bar, denně stejné snídaně i obědy a večeře (hodně ze zbytků). Převracející deštníky u bazénu, rozpadající se odtok bazénu i mozaika na dně (zranění našich dětí o dno, další turista propadl odtokem a upadl). Každodenní hluk až do noci. Nikdy více!

Good lokation, beautiful hotel and good cleaning. Nice view from the room.These are the good things. Buuut, the nightmare it's yet to come. Never book a vacation here! Very bad service, the workers speak very bad english. We arrived there at 11 o clock but we got our room 14.30. The first and the last day you don't get a voucher to sunbed to the sea. So in 7 days you only get voucher to sunbeds 5 days. Every morning is there i queue to vouchers to the sea. We have been informed that the vouchers will be given from 8 o clock. But people are in queue from 7 o clock. Så already 8 o clock no more vouchers. One of these days there were no more vochers so we need to buy from the beach. 16 euros. I had a very bad experience with one of the beach workers. We got to the beach and our umbrella and sunbeds were fulled with sand and water. My 10 years son tried to move the umbrella. Then the worker came and speaked very loud and became very aggresive, I thought he will punch me in the face. I contacted the manager Maria - who is very nice and tried to help us, btw. She excused for the situation and said she will speak with her manager. Special thanks to you, Maria.👍 Most employers are very unprofessional at the hotel, they are not smiling to the tourists, they don't say hi or good morning or have a nice day. The same food every day, no entertaining for the children. No variety of food. I will never come back to Bulgaria and especially to this hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The food was extremely disappointing—poor quality, repetitive, and often served cold. It was nowhere near the standard expected from a hotel of this category. The biggest problem, however, was the ridiculous sunbed voucher system. Guests had to wake up before 6:00 AM and stand in an endless queue just to get a voucher for a sunbed. Spending your vacation waiting in line at dawn is completely unacceptable and ruins the entire holiday experience. Instead of relaxing, we spent our time dealing with unnecessary stress and poor organization. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. There are many better options in Sunny Beach.

I had a fantastic stay and can honestly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sunny Beach. The hotel is modern, very clean and perfectly located – just a short walk from the beach, the promenade and the pier where you can take a boat to the beautiful old town of Nessebar. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. The food was fresh, tasty and offered a great variety, with different dishes available each day. I noticed that some reviews mentioned the food wasn't always very hot, but during my stay this wasn't an issue for me at all. Considering the hot weather, I found the food perfectly acceptable, and the quality and variety were much more important. Another big advantage is the excellent free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout the hotel. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary beach towels, as well as two sun loungers and one umbrella per room every day. This is a fantastic benefit that saves guests from paying extra on the beach. The bar deserves special praise. The drinks and cocktails were very good and did not taste watered down, which unfortunately is not always the case in all-inclusive hotels. There was a good selection of cocktails and other beverages, and the staff were always friendly. One feature I really appreciated was that guests could continue using the All Inclusive package even after checking out, right up until the airport transfer. This made the last day of the holiday much more relaxing. The only minor downsides were that the room door needed to be closed quite firmly and housekeeping started fairly early in the morning. On a few occasions the staff knocked despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed, which could be inconvenient if you wanted to enjoy a slower morning. I was also expecting some entertainment activities, but there were none during my stay. Overall, these were only minor issues and did not affect my holiday. The hotel offers excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Sunny Beach.

Overall Summary: We were all honestly looking forward to going home from this vacation. Hotel IM Dreamer should be renamed IM Nightmare. The services and the staff's attitude were one big disaster—arrogant receptionists, zero English skills, and complete ignorance from both the travel agency and the delegate. If this hotel is ever offered to you as a replacement, reject it immediately! Accommodation: The room itself was nice and sufficient. As an apology from Invia, we received a sea view (we could see the pool from the balcony and the sea in the distance), but as two friends traveling together, we were given a double bed with only one blanket. The hotel pool is large, nice, and clean. Food & Dining: The food was tasty only for the first 3 days. After that, everything was oversalted, overspiced, and cold. The restaurant was constantly running out of cutlery, the plates and glasses were dirty, and they kept running out of beer and wine. The staff speaks no English and will aggressively clear your plates while you are still eating and talking. The "Ultra All Inclusive" is a joke—only 5 basic drinks are included, and we only found out about iced coffee at the pool bar on our second-to-last day. Bottled water is not replenished in the rooms; we had to refill our own bottles from the restaurant soda dispenser. Hotel Services : A pure nightmare from start to finish. Ema, the night receptionist, spoke no English, knew nothing, and was unable to help. Animation programs were virtually non-existent. The biggest shock came on our departure day—the receptionist, Viktor, tried to cut off our All Inclusive wristbands with scissors even though we had paid for a late check-out. Another receptionist confronted us right at lunch, demanding extra money, and they blocked our room cards three times before we left. The only wonderful and helpful person was receptionist Veselina Ivanova. Thank her! Invia (CK/Invia): A huge disappointment regarding the organization by Invia and Čedok. In April, they cancelled our vacation (booked and paid for in January) due to "overbooking," and no one could explain why. The local delegate was awful—she refused to help us with our late check-out for our late-night flight, leaving us to haggle with the reception on our own, bargaining the price down from 80 EUR to 60 EUR. The travel agency turned its back on us. Beach: The beach is a short walk away across the promenade. The beach was clean, the sea was nice (aside from a few jellyfish and seaweed), and there were always enough free sunbeds. However, the voucher system is extremely annoying—you must pick up a paper voucher from the reception every day before 2:00 PM, otherwise you won't get a sunbed, and if you leave the beach without leaving your towels on them, they will immediately give your spot to someone else.
