KATASTROFA! Úklid strašný i po stížnosti, ponechaný otevřený pokoj, nepořádek na zemi i ve sprše, uzavřený snack bar, denně stejné snídaně i obědy a večeře (hodně ze zbytků). Převracející deštníky u bazénu, rozpadající se odtok bazénu i mozaika na dně (zranění našich dětí o dno, další turista propadl odtokem a upadl). Každodenní hluk až do noci. Nikdy více!

We recently returned from a holiday at IM Dreamer Hotel, and overall, we can say that our experience was a very positive one, especially thanks to the hotel’s great location and completely renovated facilities. What we liked (Highlights): Rooms and Cleanliness: The hotel has been recently renovated, and this is immediately noticeable. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean, with a modern design and a beautiful sea view. Location: One of the biggest advantages is the hotel’s proximity to the beach — it literally takes just a few steps to go from the hotel directly onto the sand. Food and Meals: What we really appreciated was the flexible meal schedule. The late breakfast and late lunch options are excellent if you want to sleep in or spend more time at the beach without having to worry about missing a meal. The food was good and varied, and we also had the chance to enjoy one of the two themed evenings organized each week. Pool and Facilities: The pool area is spacious and well organized, with a large pool for adults and a dedicated section for children. There are also playgrounds available for children, both indoors and outdoors. Staff and Entertainment: The staff were always friendly and helpful. The animation team does an excellent job: every evening, the little ones enjoyed a dedicated entertainment program, while during the day adults could take part in aqua gym and other pool activities. Things to keep in mind: Elevators: In the building on the left-hand side (when facing the reception), there are only two elevators, which is not quite enough for the large number of guests. Waiting times can be fairly long during peak hours. Safety when exiting the elevators: As soon as you get out of the elevators mentioned above, the stairs are positioned very close to the elevator doors. This could be a potential safety concern if you are travelling with small, energetic children, so extra attention is needed. Ultra All Inclusive services on the beach: Although the hotel operates under an Ultra All Inclusive concept, this is only available within the hotel premises (at the restaurants and the pool bar). There is no beach bar or snack point included in the package. Conclusion: The value for money is very good for Sunny Beach, and the facilities for families with children are well thought out. If the elevator situation were managed more efficiently, this hotel could become one of the top choices on the Bulgarian seaside. We highly recommend it!

We had a great vacation at IM Dreamer Hotel in Sunny Beach and were left with an extremely good impression. The hotel is freshly renovated and offers good to very good conditions, especially for families with children. ​What we liked (strengths): ​Rooms and Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The sea view is superb, perfect for spending evenings on the balcony. ​Excellent Location: The hotel is located very close to the beach, just a few steps from the sand. In addition, the resort's amusement park is only a few minutes' walk away, a big plus for entertaining the little ones (and not only). ​Pool Area & Facilities: The outdoor area features a large pool for adults and a dedicated section for children. A major advantage is that the hotel also has an indoor pool and a very well-equipped fitness room, ideal if you want to stay in shape during your vacation. ​Activities for Children: There are indoor and outdoor play areas. Every evening, a wonderful animation program for kids was organized, while during the day we had aqua gym and pool activities for adults. ​Food and Meals: The food was good and quite varied (there are two thematic evenings per week—we only caught the Bulgarian night). A big plus for flexibility: the late breakfast and late lunch options allow you to enjoy your day without constantly racing against the clock for meals. Also, fresh fruit was served at every meal. ​Hotel Team: The staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. One of the lifeguards even helped us find spots by the pool (given that all the sun loungers were reserved with towels). ​Things to keep in mind (Downsides / Useful aspects): ​Lack of a Beach Bar: The hotel does not have an included bar/service point directly on the beach. For drinks or snacks, you have to walk back a few steps to the pool bar or inside the hotel. ​Nighttime Resort Noise: Being in a lively area of Sunny Beach, there is a chance you might hear noise at night from nearby venues and terraces. It didn't bother us at all, but it is a detail light sleepers should consider (it doesn't depend directly on the hotel, but rather on the nature of the resort). ​Vouchers for Beach Sunbeds: These are handed out at reception in the morning. Queues tend to form, but we managed to get a voucher even at 10:00 AM (it likely depends a lot on the number of guests). Most of the time, we went to the pool in the first half of the day and to the beach in the afternoon, as vouchers were no longer needed since sunbeds started opening up. ​Conclusion: A freshly renovated hotel, very well located, offering good services for families. We highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Good lokation, beautiful hotel and good cleaning. Nice view from the room.These are the good things. Buuut, the nightmare it's yet to come. Never book a vacation here! Very bad service, the workers speak very bad english. We arrived there at 11 o clock but we got our room 14.30. The first and the last day you don't get a voucher to sunbed to the sea. So in 7 days you only get voucher to sunbeds 5 days. Every morning is there i queue to vouchers to the sea. We have been informed that the vouchers will be given from 8 o clock. But people are in queue from 7 o clock. Så already 8 o clock no more vouchers. One of these days there were no more vochers so we need to buy from the beach. 16 euros. I had a very bad experience with one of the beach workers. We got to the beach and our umbrella and sunbeds were fulled with sand and water. My 10 years son tried to move the umbrella. Then the worker came and speaked very loud and became very aggresive, I thought he will punch me in the face. I contacted the manager Maria - who is very nice and tried to help us, btw. She excused for the situation and said she will speak with her manager. Special thanks to you, Maria.👍 Most employers are very unprofessional at the hotel, they are not smiling to the tourists, they don't say hi or good morning or have a nice day. The same food every day, no entertaining for the children. No variety of food. I will never come back to Bulgaria and especially to this hotel.
