Heritage Grand Perast by Rixos

The table next to us was served bread and olive oil before the meal, but our table never received it, and no explanation was given. On top of that, my gnocchi and soup were served at the same time, which made the service feel rushed and uncoordinated. In a restaurant of this standard, courses should be served in the proper order so guests can enjoy each dish as intended. The food itself had potential, but the lack of attention to service and consistency significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the restaurant improves these details, as they make a big difference to the customer experience.

I'm not usually the type of person who leaves reviews, even though I travel a lot. But this vacation inspired me to do so, I literally just made this account and I'm writing this from my plane back home. I had an amazing time at Heritage Grand Perast. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Delicious food, kind staff. But I want to give a special shoutout to the reception team, particularly Sofija and Ognjen (I hope I am spelling their names right). They were so helpful and lovely to talk to, but even when they were not assisting me, it was a pleasure to watch them work. Always extremely professional and with smiles on their faces, even in the middle of the biggest rush and so many people demanding their attention. They will be a huge part of me deciding to come back here with friends, as this was a solo trip after a long time for me, that was made unique by their excellent service.

This wasn’t my first stay at Grand Heritage Hotel, and the reason is quite simple, every time I come to Perast, this is my first choice. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a beautiful gesture that immediately showed how much care and attention they dedicate to their guests. The staff is exceptionally kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel has a very special atmosphere. You can feel its rich history in the most beautiful way. Everything is thoughtfully designed, filled with Mediterranean charm, and has a warmth that makes you fall in love with the place instantly. The combination of its authentic character, the stunning sea views, and the peaceful spirit of Perast makes it easy to forget about everyday life and simply enjoy every moment. What makes the experience even more memorable, however, are the people. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness make your stay truly special. A big compliment to the entire team, whose smiles and dedication make every guest feel sincerely welcome. This is one of those places you never want to leave, and as you’re checking out, you already know you’ll be coming back. My sincere recommendations, and thank you to the entire team for another wonderful weekend!

My boyfriend and I spent a few unforgettable days here, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view that made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
