This should really have been a 5 star review as the hotel is lovely and the staff are both welcoming and helpful. On that note; a special thanks to Alex & Benjamin who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. They really made our holiday! The fly in the ointment is the owner. A man with no personality or customer skills, a man who has no interest in engaging with his guests, a man who frequently berates his staff within earshot of the hotel guests (utterly appalling & totally unprofessional) & furthermore & worst of all a man who, whilst running a "4*" establishment, thinks it's acceptable to give his chef a 2 hour break between the hours of 1300 & 1500 (yes, lunchtime) which happened twice during the week we stayed there. If you manage to capture his attention during the 30 or so seconds he isn't walking around shouting on his mobile phone, you'll encounter an individual so lacking in communication skills or business acumen & so indifferent to the needs of his guests, it will leave you astonished, as it did me. On our last day at the hotel with a pickup time of 15.00 hrs we returned to the hotel for lunch to be again told that the chef was on a break until 3 pm. So essentially a 4* hotel offering a pool bar & lunch service decides that it's appropriate to give his chef "a break" at lunchtime. Note to the owner: lunchtime is around 1 pm, not 3 pm. Either give your chef a break at 3pm or get another stand in chef. It's hardly rocket science! Final nail in the coffin: 2 days before departing, we asked if, because we had a late pick up, we could pay to keep the room on until our pick up time & we were told twice that this was not a probem if we paid an extra 40 Euros which we happy to do. On the morning of our departure, at 09.10 whilst having breakfast, we were approached by the receptionist who told us we had to vacate the room at 10.30 (we hadn't even packed as we thought we had plenty of time) as they had a new reservation. Why the receptionist coudn't have told the incomong guests that the room was reserved until 3pm so they would have to accept a late check in, is beyond me. Needless to say, this & the lack of any lunch facilities, ruined the last day of our holiday. Would I return to the Hotel Harmony? Yes, when the owner has undergone intensive training for customer relations/ satisfaction.

J’ai passé 3 jours superbes dans cet hôtel. Personnels accueillants, agréables et à notre écoute. Merci à la cheffe cuisto pour ses buffets extraordinaires fait maison. Le petit déjeuner est au top que des viennoiseries faite maison avec un large choix tant sur le salé que sur le sucré. Chambre spacieuse, nettoyage tous les jours! Merci
