Hotel Huma Kotor Bay

We arrived at this hotel after reading its online advertising. The hotel promised parking, a quiet atmosphere, and a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we drove to the hotel parking lot only to be told by the doorman that there was no available parking. As a result, we spent over 30 minutes searching for parking outside in the scorching heat. After finally checking in, we went up to our room and quickly discovered that the "quiet" atmosphere was as real as the promised parking. The room was located directly next to a busy main road. Every passing car and motorcycle could be heard clearly, making it impossible to enjoy even a minute of peace and quiet. We went back to reception and spent over an hour being told that there were no alternative rooms available. When we finally explained that we simply could not sleep in such a noisy room and would have to cancel our stay and leave, a different room suddenly became available. Unfortunately, that room was also located near the road, noisy, and far from pleasant, but we had no real choice except to accept it. Our experience became even worse at the hotel's beach. We sat down on one of the beach sofas when Ivan, the beach manager, approached us and demanded that we leave. He explained that the sofas were reserved for VIP guests who were friends of the hotel owner. When we politely asked for clarification, Ivan's behavior became aggressive and intimidating. He insulted us and threatened us if we did not move. His conduct was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We reluctantly left the area. Later, we met several other guests who shared very negative experiences regarding both the rooms and the beach facilities. My advice is simple: stay away from this hotel. The reality bears little resemblance to the image presented in its advertising. There are many wonderful places to stay in Kotor Bay. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at HUMA Kotor Bay Hotel & Villas. Everything was absolutely beautiful, from the stunning location and breathtaking views of Kotor Bay to the comfortable and elegant rooms. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the hotel was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Montenegro. We arrived at the HUMA KOTOR hotel as two couples. Following a misunderstanding, we received exemplary, dedicated, and highly commendable personal service from the manager, Tatjana Markovic; she met with us and did everything possible to ensure our vacation and enjoyment were not compromised. The beach staff was perfect and took excellent care of us—especially Ivan& Qamar& Karim. It is important to note that this is a high-standard hotel with a perfect breakfast and an amazing setting; most importantly, the manager and her assistants provide personal attention.

Mirza is the go to guy!! What a fabulous time we loved it the hotel the ambiance everything was perfect. We did the cable car and cycled down it’s a must. The hotel also has FREE EBIKES!!!

A great trip together with friends but the highlight was the service of Ranjeet Kumar - The F&B supervisor who really made our stay more memorable with great service and recommendations. Great service! Care, attention, friendliness… Nothing was a problem! This really makes a great stay!
