This Hyatt is excellent. Room was nice size and very clean. Hotel is up to date and well appointed. Breakfast was good, with multiple options including fruit, pancakes, cooked to order eggs, breads, and many hot foods. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Staff works very hard to meet every need. Location is not convenient to Kotor. Public buses were often not on schedule so we spent quite a bit of money on taxis.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort from 4–8 March to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel very special. A big thank you to Peter, who had arranged a lovely surprise in our room — beautiful decor with balloons, along with a welcome cake and champagne. It was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect start to our anniversary celebration. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly, respectful and always happy to help. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and made us feel very comfortable. The spa was fantastic — very relaxing and handled by professional masseuses who were excellent at what they do. Dining at Lighthouse Restaurant was another highlight of the trip. The interiors are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was very professional. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the perfect place for a special occasion. We left with some beautiful memories and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Montenegro.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked my trip with reservations they charged me and agreed to one price. When I arrived to the hotel after 3 days of travel with my 18 ppl family. The manager changed all my room categories to the most expensive suites snd was charging me 4 times what I was supposed to be paying. I didn’t want any of the upgrades and when I wanted to go back to the basic room I originally booked the prices were still thousands more than what was confirmed to me. The manager was forcing us into rooms that were expensive and wouldn’t accommodate the confirmation. Never has this happens to me at any hotel. I had to take my 18 people family and our luggage and find a new hotel last minute. Was the worst service of any hotel I’ve ever seen. Never book here !!
