A clean and well located hotel

Hotel clean and great staff. Check-in was smooth and very pleasant with Suzana. Arrived late, and although the restaurant was close, Suzana went out of her way to guide me to a restaurant nearby. With the attention received at check-in, I knew it would be a nice stay. A big thanks to Suzana for such a warm and friendly welcome and going out of your way to accommodate me. Housekeeping was brilliant with restocking and cleaning. Always came back to a fresh room. You must try the spa and get the full package. From the receptionist Dijana, who made me very comfortable and such a kind lady with a warm and bubbly personality. When you get the treatments, ask for Tamara and Mzea. There are no words to describe how amazing these two ladies are in their profession. I came out feeling more than a million dollars after the full package treatments. They both should have a pay rise as the care and attention they give to clients is outstanding. The hotel was great, and I recommend it but would highly recommend the spa and would return for the spa and the great service I received.

They accused us and charged us for something we didn’t even do, I will not return to this stupid hotel

Great location, friendly reception, clean and modern product. Was value for money. Will be staying again on my next trip to Budva.

We had a really good experience at the hotel. The staff are really nice and very professional. I will give them 8/10 overall.
