Great Hotel and services, everything was clean, the treatment was very professional, we felt very safe, comfort, welcomed, and it was a very good experience. anyone willing to visit this place strongly recommend! When travel again, I will definitely choose this place!

Wheelchair access - there are rooms with step-free access but none with specific features e.g. wide enough doorways, bathroom adaptations etc. The café next to the hotel entrance has a step to enter. Staff were friendly and helpful but best avoid if you use a wheelchair and want to relax.

Hotel was clean, that’s where it ends, avoid like the plague if you want decent food and drink. The old bird in the cocktail bar certainly wasn’t customer friendly. Bland same old food day in day out and the local wine was dreadful. All inclusive spirts were like paint stripper and for the entertainment it was like a Sunday dinner time sesh in a working men’s club; take your dominoes and crib board you’ll have more fun.Totally mis sold by Jet 2 - Avoid at all costs there are far better holidays out there for the same price. Never to return.
