Great location and views if you are going to Stari Bar - although do not follow Google Maps from the parking lot to the hotel. (Stay on the same road - Google Maps brought us down stairs to a lower entrance, then we explored all the floors before we made it to reception with is a lot with stairs and narrow hallways and heavy bags - 4 separate people directed us, but no one helped). Amazing room with a terrace. Clean. New. Awesome design and decor. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was ok - small buffet area, excellent terrace. Very good chia seed pudding. Used the spa. Nice facilities - just an ok massage. Glad we stopped in and had a lovely stay. Cute town. Very nice accommodation. Young man on front desk had great energy.

My friends and I went to eat cevapi, it was incredibly delicious, and the cheese served before the meal was amazing too.

Our stay at Stara Čaršija Hotel & SPA was truly exceptional. The hotel’s interior is beautifully traditional, featuring a rustic-luxe aesthetic that makes you feel as though you are staying right within the historic old city walls. The design perfectly captures the heritage of the area while providing modern comfort. The location is scenic and breathtaking, offering magnificent views of the ancient Stari Bar fortress and the surrounding mountains. Stepping outside puts you right into the traditional atmosphere of the old bazaar with its charming cobbled streets. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive. The wellness facilities are lovely, and the staff there were very professional and welcoming. For those requiring them, the hotel has prayer facilities, and there are local mosques nearby in the historic district. The establishment offers a menu that is halal and serves no alcoholic drinks, which provides an authentic cultural setting. Be prepared to be surrounded by many friendly cats that roam the ancient streets of the old town—it really adds to the charm of this scenic setting.
