Hotel Pelegrin Plava Laguna

We stayed during the off-season, the area was nice and quiet. The hotel is nicely renovated, and everything is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway could be heard through the doors.

Ok but I won’t return. I actually went at the end of the season and maybe that was my mistake, but I found the hotel very boring. The staff were okay the drinks were really expensive, but it was a place with zero atmosphere.

Booked with Easyjet,used to be Hotel Coral Plava laguna.Easy jet listed the hotel as Adults only but it is not. There have not been many children here which has been a plus.Hotel has been recently refurbished, it is lovely and clean,has a nice pool area,plenty of loungers and is in a quiet location in Katoro which is about 3 miles away from Umag.There is a tourist train that runs frequently from this area,that stops near all the hotels along the coast to Umag that costs 4 euros pp one way.Its a relatively easy walk to Umag as the terrain is all flat and paved along the way.Food at the hotel has been pretty good on the whole,there is a lot of fish in the evenings which isn't our thing but we've always found something to eat.Drinks at the hotel are relatively expensive but comparable to drinks prices back home,around 5 euros for a 500 ml beer,4 .30 euros for a 250 ml coca cola.Staff are very friendly, particularly liked Ana in the lobby bar and Vania in the restaurant. Coffee machines can get quite busy at breakfast,could do with a couple more and it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Our room was modern, clean and the bed was comfy the only thing we didn't like was the over complicated light system and the fact that lights all came on briefly if someone exited the room.(my wife likes to lay in and I like to go out for an early morning wander,so id do my best to get changed and get out without disturbing her but all the lights would come on as I left the room. We would definitely stay here again,although the area where the hotel is situated is very quiet..There are a few small restaurants,a small supermarket and a couple of tourist stores a short 200m walk away. Overall had a nice stay,good value for what we paid

U hotelu Plava Laguna Pelegrin boravio sam od 17 avgusta do 27 avgusta. Hotel je nedavno renoviran,sobe su bezprekorno urađene,kreveti i dušeci novi,televozor veliki smart sa mogućnošu korišćenja NETFLIX I YOUTUBE aolikacije na njemu. Kupatilo je veliko,novo i čisto. Wellnes i spa deo je nov,uređen kao i unutrašnji bazen i saune (finska,turka i sparna.)U wellnes delu nalazi se i đakuzi kao i teretana koja je dobro opremljena. Hodnici hotela su besprekorno čisti kao i sama recepcija i hol hotela. Bazen je čist,postoji manji bazen za decu kao i veći za odrasle.Pored bazena nalaze se kvalitetne ležaljke.Plaža se nalazi na svega nekoliko metara od hotela,poseduje sopstvene ležlajke kao i peškire koje možete upisati na Vašu sobu. Prilaz moru je odličan jer postoje stepenice koje su obložene sa gumenom zaštitom tako da je ulaz bezbedan i ne možete se okliznuti prilikom ulaska u more.Plaža hotela je betonska,poseduje tuševe i kabine za presvlačenje.Suncobran dobijate na zahtev od momaka koji rade na samoj plaži.Na samoj plaži je smešten kafe bar MARE gde možete popiti piće ili naručiti nešto od hrane. Osoblje hotela je izuzetno ljubazno i predusteljivo na čelu sa direktoricom Mauricijom Blažević koja je korektna i spremna je da Vam izađe u susret ukoliko imate nekih nedoumica ili slično. Prostor oko hotela je uređen za puno zelenila i sa ogromnim parkom koji daje hlad i svežinu samom okruženju. Hrana u hotelu je na bazi pp,raznovrsna i bogata,jedino ne čega bih stavio primedbu je plaćanje pića za većeru,što u pojedinim hotelima Plave Lagune nije slučaj,te je moja topla preporuka da se za narednu godinu da se uvede prinicip besplatnog pića za većeru. Još jedan predlog koji bih imao je animacija hotela koja je po meni slaba,praktično je i nema,pogotovo za decu pa i za odrasle pogotovo kad je kišno vreme i većina gostiju je primorana da ostane u hotelu. Možda bi trebalo uzeti primer Poreča,gde se na glavnoj plaži okolnih hotela u zelenoj laguni nalazi postavljena bina gde se svako veče organizuje neka vrsta animacija gde gosti okolinih hotela odlaze i imaju odličnu vrstu zabave. Okolina hotela nije bučna što pruža idealnu priliku za potpuni odmor i opuštanje. Sve u svemu moja topla preporuka svima za boravak u hotelu Pelegrin,i ja se iskreno nadam da ću se u ovaj hotel vratiti već naredne godine. Posebna zahvala direktorici hotela koja je veoma korektna i predusetljiva.

Se potessi dare più di 5 stelle !!!!! Bellissima location dal design minimal e contemporaneo… dotato di ogni comfort! Dalla Hall spaziosa con comodi divani e sedute di alto livello all’ esterno con salottini outdoor sofisticati , un lounge bar dove puoi gustare un espresso italiano di livello a cocktail sofisticati … piscina esterna, patio , pergole con letti comodissimi, pineta dove rilassarsi, pedana con lettini ed ombrelloni disponibili sul mare…. All’ interno vi è anche una boutique di accessori ed abbigliamento ed un hair stylist e poi non parliamo della meravigliosa piscina interna da cui si vede la pineta, la palestra e l’ area SPA MERAVIGLIOSA !!!!! Con vasca idromassaggio, due saune ed un bagno turco …. Le camere con design contemporaneo e con Domotica mediante iPad da cui puoi far di tutto !!!! Tutto eccezionale!!!! Personale gentilissimo, disponibilissimo !!!! La location si trova ad Umago da cui è possibile visitare l’ Istria sia slovena che croata facendo brevi tragitti in auto ! Detto tutto ciò , fiori all’ occhiello del Pelegrín Plava laguna sono KATRINE, quality manager e DANIEL, responsabile food & beverage, due personaggi straordinari che per competenza e professionalità rendono il soggiorno degli ospiti ancora più piacevole e soddisfacente, perché pronti con garbo, sorriso e gentilezza ad andar incontro a qualsiasi necessità e richiesta !!! 10 & LODE !!!!!!!!!!
