Hotel Imperial

I chose Hotel Imperial because of its location and the attractive photos on the website. Unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing and I left after one night. The hotel’s only real advantage is its location. Everything else fell well below expectations. The hotel is old and worn out, and the rooms look nothing like the photos used to advertise them. We booked a specific room category, but the room we received looked more like an outdated dormitory room than a 3-star hotel. The furniture was old, the room felt neglected, and the overall impression was far below what was advertised. Cleanliness was also an issue. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the sink wasn’t just dripping – it was leaking badly. Every time we washed our hands, there was a puddle of water on the floor underneath it. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very limited, the quality was average at best, and certainly not what you would expect for the price. What disappointed me the most, however, was the hotel’s attitude towards its guests. I was travelling alone with my one-year-old child, and although a baby cot had been confirmed before our arrival, it was not available when we checked in after a late-night flight. Even more disappointing was the way these issues were handled. The leaking sink was never repaired during our stay, and when I contacted the hotel after check-out regarding the overall quality of our stay, there was no genuine effort to resolve the issues we experienced or to properly investigate our complaint. Instead, I received generic responses that did not address the main concerns I had raised. Overall, this hotel does not live up to the expectations created by its website. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

A hotel that I would not recommend to anyone. The staff is reluctant and rude, with rare exceptions. The food is terrible, repetitive, tasteless or overly spicy so you can't eat it. The guests are rude, they eat their food with their hands, and in the morning there is no day-old bread at breakfast. You have to wait 30 or more minutes for coffee from the machine. In short, a nightmare vacation. Never again, thank you Soncek agency for screwing us over like that.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the Imperial Hotel. I was really happy with everything! The food was perfect, I had the best risotto of my life there. The atmosphere was so positive and special. Music was great, all the people were friendly and ready to party! During the day I enjoyed walking with friends and the sunny weather. I am really delighted and will come back again!
