Hyatt Regency Zadar

There is a cafe/nightclub outside the front of the hotel which plays loud music until after midnight which affected our enjoyment and sleep quality at this hotel. Housekeeping was sloppy and we requested our bedlinen was changed but it wasn’t done. Tea/coffee was not replenished nor were face cloths. Breakfast offering is good but staff seem unsure of what they are doing and come across as rather incompetent. Manager was watching them a lot but not intervening which was disappointing. Pool area was very smoky which wasn’t pleasant and loungers were reserved with unattended towels. The location of the hotel is rather strange - you walk through a rough part of the city to get to the old town or wait for a rowboat to get short cut there (€2 each way per person). We would not return to this hotel.

What a truly beautiful hotel. New, modern interior with historical facade. Everyone was super friendly and above all totally service focused. The room was clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities except treatments at the Spa were included. The pool water inside and outside was warm. The food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Zadar was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the food was exceptional. The convenient on-site parking made everything even easier while exploring the area. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and the level of hospitality was truly outstanding. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and will absolutely be back. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! ❤️

Pool area, common areas, location and rooms are top notch. Staff and food were great, no complaints. Highly recommend.
