Vedran the Front Office Manager went out of the way to serve with so much humility & passion which I've never seen before as a travel influencer to more than a hundred places in the WORLD ❤️ His team is just as outstanding namely Daria, Karlo & Luka ❤️ This is the Best Hyatt I've ever visited in terms of design & the Lavandar Spa is Amazing with even wooden tubes cold plunges but unisex 😅

Nothing short of amazing. It truly lives up to its five-star rating. The interior and exterior design and architecture of this place are stunning. Everything is immaculate and clean. The spa is great—10/10. I really appreciate how clean everything is. The food is outstanding. I had both lunch and dinner, and in the morning I enjoyed a great breakfast. The staff are very professional and polite. I would especially like to highlight Helena—she was the best. So kind and helpful. Great job, Hyatt!

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Zadar. The hotel is beautifully designed – modern yet very cozy. The overall atmosphere feels upscale while still being warm and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay – the service truly stands out here. Our room was tastefully furnished, very comfortable, and spotless. Even the in-room toiletries were of high quality and felt like a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, well presented, and of very good quality. The selection may be slightly smaller than some might expect for a hotel of this category, but everything essential was available and well prepared – nothing felt missing. The old town is about a 20-minute walk away, which makes for a pleasant stroll while still allowing you to stay in a quieter area. The only drawback was that the rooms apparently do not have a coffee machine (even though one is mentioned in some room descriptions), and there is no traditional minibar – instead, there is a small market area near reception. Overall, a very comfortable, stylish, and well-managed hotel that we would happily recommend when visiting Zadar. We would also be happy to return.

We stayed at this Hyatt Regency for one night of my birthday trip and had a fabulous experience! We upgraded to the Regency suite, and it was one of the most spacious and luxurious hotel experiences I have ever had! The bathroom was gorgeous, the bedroom and bed were comfortable, the walk-in closet was large and the family room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the water! The staff was friendly, competent, and generous! Because of jet lag, I woke up hours before my husband and I was able to close off the doors to the bedroom, and shower and get ready for the day in the bathroom and then spend some time in the family room while my husband slept. I feel like Hyatt thought of every little perfect detail with this hotel! I could not have loved this hotel experience more and would highly recommend it to anyone! I hope to be back!

Amazing hotel ar top location, spa was great, breakfast as well. Great experience in general. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back for sure.
