Lyra Hotel Plitvice

Beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is delicious and high-quality, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it! 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Lyra. It’s modern, clean, and very comfortable, with friendly staff and a great location near Plitvice Lakes National Park. I would definitely stay there again.

On a bus tour of Croatia the tour party stayed the night here after visiting Plitvice > Lakes. The hotel is located in a small village and is quite isolated. It's a modern boutique hotel that reminds me of a Scandinavian Hotel in architecture, décor and furnishings. The meals were quite minimalist, especially breakfast where there is an emphasis on reducing waste.

Stayed here for one night with Insight vacations. Room was clean but small. Bed was not comfortable - mattress too firm, linen was not luxe, blanket thin, pillow was also quite sad. Shower - water was only LUKEWARM was probably my biggest complaint. Not sure what the issue was but it never warmed up and was disappointing after a long day. Dinner - chicken was very flavorful. Salad bar very limited. Breakfast - food selection limited but good. A lot of bugs in room. Front desk staff and bar - very kind and friendly. Check out staff - not as nice.

Located only 10 minutes by car from the park entrance, it allows you to fully enjoy the natural beauty without wasting time on the road. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and kindness of the staff: always smiling, helpful, and ready to offer great tips for visiting the park. You immediately feel at home. The breakfast is another highlight: complete, varied, and made with high-quality products. Special mention to the pancake machine, which delighted both kids and adults! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere truly adds to the sense of relaxation. And after long walks in the park, what a joy it is to cool off in the large swimming pool! Finally, the restaurant fully lives up to its reputation: delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and impeccable service. A true culinary experience to round off the stay. In short: perfect location, comfort, relaxation, great food, and outstanding hospitality… We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
