Arba Resort is undoubtedly located in one of the most beautiful settings on island Rab. The architecture, concept and facilities are impressive, and the resort has the potential to become one of Croatia's leading luxury destinations. Unfortunately, potential alone is not enough. The biggest issue is not the facilities – it is the lack of operational leadership, service culture and consistently enforced standards. Throughout our stay, we had the feeling that nobody was truly managing the guest experience. Guests entered the restaurants wearing only bikinis or swimwear and dined dressed this way. People touched food with their fingers at the buffet before deciding what to take. Some guests even put their feet on lounge chairs and sofas in public areas. None of this was addressed by the staff. The Silent Room was another disappointment. It is intended to be a place for relaxation, yet children regularly entered, guests held conversations, and staff never intervened to preserve the peaceful atmosphere. Restaurant service was inconsistent. During busy periods the team appeared overwhelmed, tables remained uncleared for long periods, and service was reactive rather than proactive. On many occasions we had to get up ourselves to ask for drinks instead of being offered them. The only exception was Sladjana, whose professionalism, kindness and attentiveness stood out. She consistently greeted guests warmly and proactively offered drinks. She truly delivered the level of hospitality expected in a luxury resort. The all-inclusive concept is also confusing. Considering the premium price, it is surprising that drinks are still charged separately at both the beach bar and the patisserie. This creates an experience that feels neither truly all-inclusive nor genuinely premium. The beach itself was another disappointment. Sunbeds were often untidy, and planting lavender directly around guest areas resulted in large numbers of bees. Unfortunately, my daughter was stung during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although sound insulation could be improved. We also experienced one unfortunate housekeeping incident when a housekeeper knocked on our door three times at around 8:00 a.m., left the room only partially cleaned and even left the cleaning bucket inside the room. Fortunately, this was not representative of the entire housekeeping team. Marika and Mark were excellent, professional and always friendly. The Kids Club deserves special praise, as does Vanja, whose warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality made every meal more enjoyable. One additional observation is that the resort has enough space and capacity to create at least one dedicated adults-only area. This would significantly improve the experience for guests seeking peace and relaxation while allowing families to enjoy the resort equally. Arba Resort has everything needed to become exceptional: the location, beautiful facilities and many wonderful employees. What is currently missing is stronger leadership, clear house rules, professional supervision and a consistent commitment to quality over quantity. I sincerely hope management recognizes this potential because, with the right operational focus, this resort could become truly outstanding.

Arba Resort 4*, Valamar Collection Kampor A wonderful place for a holiday and relaxation that is definitely worth a visit. 1070196869 Arba Resort is a beautiful hotel with excellent service; we are staying here for the second time this year. All the staff are exceptionally professional and friendly. The rooms are extremely tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The restaurants are excellent, and the food is varied, delicious, and caters to every taste. The food is tasty, and great attention is paid to hygiene during preparation. The all-inclusive service is of a high standard. The pools and the surrounding grounds are neat and clean. There is a plentiful supply of various sun loungers, so everyone can find something that suits them. Arba Resort is a place we always love returning to because we feel comfortable and welcome. Special praise goes to Ms. Maja Vranješ Kaštelan for her kindness and care for every guest. A wonderful place for a holiday and enjoyment that simply must be experienced.

We felt like we were wrapped in a cotton wool. Rooms, pools, beach were really clean, The staff were always in a good mood. Nothing was a problem. All our wisches came true. There was a nice scerery, when we looked out the restaurants windows. We were not disturbed in you rooms, although we went to sleep early with your small children. We got a really luxurious holiday for aour money. We really thank the Arba Resorts staff.

Our stay at this hotel was truly an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome thanks to the exceptionally kind and friendly staff, who always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help. The food was very good, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire hotel reflects a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Everything was well organized, and we honestly couldn't find anything worth complaining about. The hotel is also exceptionally kid-friendly. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered to make families with children feel comfortable and relaxed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In my opinion, the hotel fully justifies its price. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, worry-free vacation.

I stayed at this hotel starting on July 13, 2026, and unfortunately, my first impression was disappointing. The hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture is modern, recently renovated, and the common areas are well designed. The Kids Club is spacious and a great idea for families. The food is average—not bad, but not exceptional. However, what really shocked me was how guests are separated based on the package they purchase. It feels like the hotel creates different classes of guests. Guests with blue wristbands are treated as standard guests, while V Level and Gold guests have exclusive privileges. They have access to a larger, sunnier swimming pool, exclusive beach areas, gazebos, separate restaurants, unlimited drinks, and premium facilities. Standard guests are constantly reminded that they are “not allowed” in many areas unless they pay extra for an upgrade. Even on the beach, the best locations are reserved for V Level guests, while standard guests are directed to the back. The same applies to restaurants, pools, bars, and many other facilities. This creates an uncomfortable feeling of being treated differently throughout the holiday. Drinks are also very limited for standard guests. Beer and wine are only available in the main restaurant during meal times, and there is only one pool bar included, while several other bars require additional payment. I completely understand offering premium services, but I have never experienced such a visible separation between guests in a five-star resort. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt constantly reminded that I had purchased the “lower” package. Because of this, I would not choose this hotel again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others. The beautiful facilities are overshadowed by a guest experience that feels divided rather than welcoming. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment, and it did not meet the expectations I had for a Valamar Collection property. One thing that truly stands out is the sea. It is absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm, and almost wave-free, making it perfect for swimming. The beach is not sandy; instead, it is covered with a white, sand-like material that gives it a clean and attractive appearance. The sea was definitely the highlight of our stay.
