Nádherné místo a hotel,který stojí za to navštívit. Moc jsme si pochutnali na jídle a bazén pro děti i dospele je skvěly.

We had a vacation we will never forget! The property is beautiful l, but it’s the people that make it so memorable. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed beyond our expectations. Stela, part of the guest service team, helped us get checked in and not only explained in detail the wonderful amenities included, but made the experience so personable, offering suggestions and sharing her insight like a friend. We instantly felt her sincerity. Just great! We called for assistance with our A/C the first night and a gentleman from maintenance / engineering came to give it a quick service and it was then perfect. I’m sorry I don’t have his name but he was so kind and explained what had happened and it was just one of the best service responses (cuz things happen) that I’ve experienced. Moving to breakfast - great ambiance, fresh food - I always saw a team member replenishing, cleaning, etc. Unreal! Next level hospitality and superior to some Conrad’s we have been too. Best egg white omelette I have had in a resort! But again, the staff shined, led by Kenneth who not only greeted and had a nice, daily morning chat with us, but she was everywhere - always welcoming families and engaging kids. She is a shining star as well. People like her and Stela make us want to come back. The hotel itself - it’s beautiful. Rooms are large and bright with views that you never tire of. The pool is a wonderful place to relax during our days - and food and drink orders were refreshing and prompt. The pool staff were so friendly and accommodating- I failed to remember their names but each was outstanding. The spa was beautiful - with large and relaxing water relaxation areas. Staff at the spa always greeted us with a warm welcome. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced, if you drive, like we did. I could go on and on - we will definitely return, as our three nights was way too short. Thank you all for our very memorable trip - we just loved it!!

We stayed here two years ago and had a lovely time, so decided to return. We opted for the same villa style room - two ensuite double bedrooms, with sitting room and balcony facing the sea. The hotel is large, with an amazing beachfront. The beach front sun beds, whilst popular, were nicely spaced and plenty of options. The sea on most days was calm and great for swimming / snorkelling. Lots of options with the onsite water sports. The restaurant at breakfast can be busy but there are so many options catering for many different tastes but also emphasis on local food. We opted for half-board again and the buffet in the evening is really very good, with around 10-12 different main courses to choose from, which varied each evening. Plenty of different breads, salads, cheeses, desserts too. Therefore, caters very well for young and older families. Would recommend a drink in the Aura lounge, sitting out on the balcony facing the beach. The hotel also has a very large and popular outdoor pool, although we mainly opted for the beach. The indoor pool is also very good, although understandably quiet given how lovely the weather was. If you are staying in a villa, then you can typically park your car outside/just below, which is helpful if taking trips to the neighbouring town or shops. The hotel is also about 30 minutes from Krk Island, which has some lovely towns and beaches. Service at the hotel was excellent which added to a great holiday. Would happily return.

Perfect location between Opatija and Rijeka. Beautiful atmosphere, the rooms are big and all with a view to the sea. The whole hotel is perfectly clean, with not noise at all since it is located in a perfect spot. No noice between rooms! The service was the best. Great restaurantes, including Nebo Michelin 2025 There are 5 restaurants and all of them were great. The best breakfast Buffet I have been lately.

2 room service coffees served in take away cups half filled for 18 Euros. Trainees all over the hotel. No basic amenities in the rooms / villas, have to call housekeeping for everything, get delivered in over 40 min every time. Thats some of the feedback, and there was more. Low value for money, we wont come back.
