Liberty Plaza

The holte have 4* but the last one don’t deserve because they don’t offer service like for 4* hotel. I must say I’m really disappointed that we paid so much money for this hotel, on reception they are not friendly and they are not doing everything that the quests are happy and the way how they are talking with you is disrespectful almost laughing that you what to borrow iron maschine which in normal service in 4* hotel. Pool is really small and around it is looking not finished the shower outside is not working and water in pool looks milky. They don’t give you towel when you go to the beach answer was because towels are white.

Inadequate standard. (No space to hang your towel in the bathroom; kettle in the room but no complimentary tea, coffee or even a spoon) The restaurant manager was rude and showed no customer service skills whatsoever! I reported number of issues; the management addressed and tried to resolve some of them. Overall - disappointing stay.

Hotel was great. Stayed for a week bed and breakfast. Staff were lovely, room was fantastic very well designed stayed on the bottom floor and had our own wee garden with sunbeds, chairs and table etc surrounded by bushes to give you privacy. Stayed for the hideout festival and the bus stop for the festival was a 5 minute walk away. Great location to stay if you’re going to hideout. Had a pool in the hotel wasn’t too busy never had a problem getting a sunbed. You were also able to use the pool at the sister hotel which was right across from Liberty Plaza. The Staff were lovely and cleaners cleaned the room every day to a great standard. Receptionist were lovely aswell very welcoming and helpful even when I had needed to go to hospital. Liberty Plaza Hotel in Novalja offers a fantastic off-season accommodation deal. The prices are low, the service is good, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious. The rooms are tidy, and we were especially pleased with the daily housekeeping service. The cleaners do an excellent job. Our room had a lovely terrace with a sea view. One odd thing was the partially transparent glass that separates the bathroom from the bedroom, which was a bit unusual.

This is it… Recently fully refurbished hotel to the highest standards. Friendly staff, modern clean rooms with refrigerator, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, safe and color TV. In the associated restaurant, every buffet meal is very well catered for, something for everyone. This is the first hotel I've visited in a long time that really can't be faulted at all.
