Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel left a bad impression. It concerned a wellness gift voucher that is valid for only 2 months, which I was unable to use within that period. I contacted the hotel to ask for a short extension, but there was no flexibility. The reason given was that the system automatically cancels the voucher after the expiration date. I understand that rules exist, but I believe that in situations like this there should be a bit more understanding, especially since the service had already been paid for in advance. This approach leaves a disappointing impression of how guests are treated.

We stayed as part of a group tour. First impression was that it was in a great location and new. Rooms were large as were the balconies. However upon further inspection there were cracks in the walls, some of the woodwork around doors was loose and breakfast was very minimal especially for a hotel this size (only 1 coffee machine?)! In addition we only had 1 bath towel and when we asked at reception they said housekeeping was closed and wouldn’t be able to help before 8 am the next day (we were leaving at 7:30 am). We had to dry off with bathrobes in the morning! Very poor customer service. Not a great impression and fortunately we only stayed for 1 night. On the plus side the rooms had an iron.

My partner and I had a great stay at Hotel Amphora. The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the location right by the sea. It was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely come back.

We stayed there late this summer and the experience was amazing. The location of the hotel is excellent, the beach is just two steps away. We were really satisfied with the service and all of the amenities and we are definitely coming back! (for a longer stay next time 😀 ) p.s. the hotel bar on the roof has the most amazing view!

We are very happy that our whole family purchased a winter spa membership at Oleum Spa in Hotel Amphora. From the first visit, the reception staff have been consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special mention goes to the spa manager, Antonia, and her entire team for their professionalism and warm approach. The massage I received from Karmen was truly exceptional, easily one of the best massages I have ever experienced. The indoor swimming pool is always pleasantly warm, and the sauna offers a beautiful sea view, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The only downside is the jacuzzi. It works intermittently, usually every 15 minutes, and the jacuzzi in the indoor pool area does not seem to be operational, likely due to technical issues. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Overall, it is a great spa with an excellent atmosphere and service. We did not stay overnight at the hotel, as we live nearby, so this review is focused solely on the spa experience.
