Heritage Hotel Fermai

This hotel is very close to the old town, entering Diocletian’s palace via a lovely little park. Most everything is walkable. The room was small but elegant with nice bathroom products. Breakfast was extra but nicely done. Muesli, pastry, meats with some egg dishes that could be ordered. The service was friendly and helpful. Zlata told us about Znjan beqch, a short uber away, which was amazing. As Americans, we couldn’t believe this was a city beach. We rented beach towels from the hotel and everyone just plopped on the beach (although there were sun beds to rent). Don’t forget your water shoes for the Croatia beaches!

This is an extremely comfortable, elegant and well-located small hotel in Split. The service is excellent - everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, storing our luggage when we arrived in Split on an early flight and giving us great suggestions for restaurants and must-see sights. Breakfast was phenomenal - a beautiful and fresh buffet, along with a menu of lovely hot dishes. Any request was met with kindness and prompt attention. Highly recommend!

Everything with the reception happened smoothly from the check-in/check-out process to seeking available car rental services. The hotel and room are beautifully designed and clean: even the outdoor furniture on the balcony was virtually dust-free. The breakfast was delicious. The location is very convenient to reaching Old Town. I appreciated the daily refills of Jana water when the room was cleaned.

The renovated historic building offers an appealing blend of traditional comfort and contemporary design. Both the breakfast buffet and à la carte menu feature high-quality options. The staff demonstrate professionalism and warm hospitality, with Maria consistently providing welcoming service at breakfast. The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the old palace, as well as various restaurants and shops. My two-week stay was thoroughly enjoyable and met all expectations. I appreciate when ALL Accor acknowledges and rewards my continued loyalty.
