I’d keep it balanced—clearly highlighting the excellent location and beach, while explaining that the accommodation and loyalty-program experience were below what you have experienced at other Valamar properties. We had an overall pleasant stay, with the location being one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Everything is close by, the beach is beautiful and easily accessible, and the hotel is within a very convenient distance of everything you may need during your holiday. Our accommodation was in a building very close to the main building with the restaurant and bars, which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, with two separate rooms and two balconies, giving us plenty of space. However, compared to our previous stays at other Valamar properties, the hotel and rooms felt noticeably older. The bathroom was extremely small – there was barely enough space to turn around, and even using the toilet comfortably was difficult without leaving the door open. Unfortunately, there was also a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which affected the overall comfort of the room. The food was tasty, but the variety and overall quality were somewhat below the standard we have experienced at other Valamar hotels. There were fewer choices than we expected, although we could always find something we enjoyed. Another disappointing point was the Valamar rewards program. We expected to be able to collect or use points more widely throughout the resort, but this was not possible when paying for drinks during dinner. The program could only be used in the bar and one restaurant. Even there, we experienced situations where the system was supposedly not working and points could not be collected. This made the rewards program feel unnecessarily complicated and not particularly rewarding for returning Valamar guests. Despite these negatives, the excellent location, beautiful beach and spacious accommodation made our holiday enjoyable. With some renovation of the rooms and bathrooms, improvements in the food selection, and a more consistent approach to the loyalty program, the overall experience could be significantly better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Valamar hotel. The sea was incredible, the location was beautiful, and the hotel grounds were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and truly impressive. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the service was of the highest standard. The housekeeping staff paid close attention to every detail, treated the guests with respect, and were always ready to help. The rest of the hotel staff also deserve special praise. They responded to every request with kindness, respect, patience, and a smile. Although I was staying in a foreign country, I felt completely at home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
