V hotelu jsme se cítili velmi dobre. Ubytování moderní, vše čisté a obsluha velmi vstřícná a ochotna. Naše animatorka Mimi se o nás báječné starala a každý večer připravila pro děti dětské disco. Můžeme jen vřele doporučit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Over the years, we have stayed in many hotels, but TUI SUNEO Supetar truly exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday away from crowded beaches and busy resorts, we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. What impressed us the most was the calm atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and the warm hospitality throughout the resort. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help without ever being intrusive. The sea was absolutely stunning. Although the shoreline is covered with small pebbles, just a few meters into the water the seabed becomes soft sand. It reminded us of some of the beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The crystal-clear water was perfect for swimming and ideal for families with children. A very special thank you goes to the animator Jessica. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and genuine care for the guests made a real difference. She was wonderful with our son and also made us, as parents, feel welcome and included. People like Jessica are what turn a good holiday into an unforgettable one. The food was delicious, varied, and of very good quality. Every day there was a wide selection of dishes, and despite the hotel being well occupied, we always found a table in the restaurant without any waiting. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly happy with our choice. Thank you to the entire TUI SUNEO Supetar team for making our holiday so special. We sincerely hope to return one day and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful sea, and genuine hospitality.

Just returned from a week at the Tui suneo Supertar. This hotel is in the most amazing location only a two minute walk to the beach outside the hotel and ten mins walk into Supertar. Great location to catch the ferry over to split (50 mins slow ferry 25 mins fat ferry) The rooms are basic with no tea or coffee making facilities but comfortable enough for your stay. On arrival the rooms are clean and smell very fresh, only issues I encountered bathroom not cleaned all week and if you book a sea view room don’t expect it to be peaceful, lots of noise from the nightly entertainment and some don’t have a private balcony. My recommendation would be keep away from a sea view room. The all inclusive food and drinks offering was pretty disappointing the drinks are awful and cheap! We ended up buying drinks inc breakfast juice from the local supermarket and taking them into the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was below average compared to other hotels including TUi Suneo hotels. Breakfast is ok with plenty of choice and lots of fresh fruit,pastries and hot breakfast items. Lovely lady making omelettes. Lunch and dinner not good at all, Meats poor quality and usually tough and fatty, plenty of pork in various forms,fish not great and poor quality. Liver one day which is not so popular, Salads same nearly everyday and no sign of any Tuna,sardines etc Hardly any cheese or crackers. Some desserts ok but hit and miss. On the plus side the pizzas are amazing but gets boring after a while. We ended up only having two dinners in the hotel due to the quality and ate out in Supertar.( bit disappointing when you expect not to have spend on dinners out when your all inclusive) The hotel pool isn’t big enough for the hotel and you will probably never get a sunbed however people leaving towels overnight on beds not managed by the hotel, plus the hotel is not secure so anyone can walk from the beach into the hotel at anytime and use the pool area. One thing I can not fault are the hotel staff all exceptionally friendly and certainly make you feel welcome. Would I return to this hotel 🤔 probably not as the food is very disappointing and below average.

In general, the hotel was good and I would return. There are plenty of different seating areas around the hotel, as well as a few areas with sun loungers that weren't round the pool. However, if you aren't outside by 830am you won't be getting a sun lounger as they are covered in towels, despite people often not appearing to use them until late morning/lunch. I was outside by 730am most days and I never saw the sun loungers being hosed down, or feeling wet as if they had been. Rubbish from the previous night was often left on the sun loungers and tables which morning guests had to clean up themselves. The room was basic but did what it needed to, some where to sleep and shower and the air conditioning worked well. There was also a small fridge in the room was a plus. I stayed for 10 nights and the food in the main was what you'd expect however, it really depended on what time you got to the restaurant. If you go from 8pm onwards expect the food to be room temperature at best. When going earlier in the evening, expect long queues however, I always found the food warm and, in the main well stocked. The beer was nice and I cant comment on the wine or cocktails as I didnt try them however, the soft drinks were disappointing. Local own brands which were a bit... peculiar. It was a bit of a surprise when the orange was more like orange squash/cordial than Fanta, but they were drinkable (I wouldn't say enjoyable). There are 2 saving graces for this hotel; the beautiful beach on the doorstep and the wonderful entertainment and bar staff. They all work tremendously hard, nothing is too much bother and they are a real asset to the hotel. 4/5, the hotel serves its purpose but there are a few improvements that could be made.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks end of May into June. Fabulous location. Our room was basic with a walk in shower. The obvious signs of aging grout on the, shower room floor. All kept spotlessly clean, which extends to the hotel, with the exception of the bar area and outside bar seating area. They need to employ extra staff to clear the tables and ‘wipe’ them once cleared, something they regular failed to do. I do not blame the bar staff for this, as they are mostly pretty busy. Despite what others have reported, there is lots of choice in the buffet. Lots of fruit at breakfast, and always lots of salad choices. Always fish on offer. The show cooking, although sometimes tasty, didn’t always work. They might want to consider the usual accompaniments, that go with certain meals. Never any Parmesan with daily pasta offerings.No extra chili or sour cream with Mexican night etc The cakes were very good. Evening entertainment and music played in particular. This need to reflect the age demographic of the guests. The musical duo were very entertaining. The staff were in general, very friendly and always helpful. Drinks. Beer and wine were okay. Cocktails were from a machine and I personally found them too sweet. No branded alcohol on offer with the all Inclusive package. You can buy branded drinks and mixers at an additional discounted price. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Brac is beautiful, as is nearby Supetar. Take a trip to the beautiful old town in Split, twenty minutes away on the Catamaran. Fifty minutes on the conventional ferry.
