V hotelu jsme se cítili velmi dobre. Ubytování moderní, vše čisté a obsluha velmi vstřícná a ochotna. Naše animatorka Mimi se o nás báječné starala a každý večer připravila pro děti dětské disco. Můžeme jen vřele doporučit.

Immaculately clean due to the excellent staff who work so hard throughout the day. Great pool and bar area which is next to the beach and close to local bars and restaurants so you walk 5 mins max to go anywhere. Brilliant snack area serving ice creams , pizza and popcorn and chips and other snacks throughout the day is super useful. Some brand drinks you pay for but not much ( Baileys Euro 1.60 example ) but all inclusive drinks are fine. Asif at the pool bar makes the best cocktails and Mojitos. Really lovely place and call out to all the staff who are so helpful and polite. I loved the pool area and all the guests got on well( Water Polo brings people together ! ) . I would come back here for sure and the resort is beautiful and view from our room lovely. I will give people a tip however - mix all inclusive dinner with some nights at local restaurants as they face the sea with amazing views and sunsets ( see photos ).

Couldn’t fault it at all! Wonderful staff always with a smile and everywhere was very clean! Food was lovely as were drinks! Fabulous pool and the steps to the beach are miniature, amazing trip!

The animation crew (Lia, Angelina and Sara) were absolutely amazing! They were always so engaged with all the guests and had a great energy. They were kind, helpful and so fun! They made the holiday even better. Lia, Angelina and Sara worked so hard and we absolutely loved the water polo! Thank you so much for such lovely holiday memories from all of Team Polo :)

Just come back from this hotel at the time of writing. Overall it is a nice hotel, the food is fine/you won’t starve, but it isn’t a 4 star. Staff are lovely/really helpful. Very family friendly hotel. Supertar area is small and lovely – very pretty. Easy to get to Split and l/or see more of Brac on day trips (bus and ferry are within walking distance). We just got ferries/busses as we needed. At the hotel though rooms are (very) basic. Our ‘suite’ felt a bit like student accommodation – including an old (not working/slightly falling apart) kitchenette in the room – doors falling off the drawers/cupboards. Not sure why they don’t just rip these out. No help from TUI of course. Food is fine. Mass catering. No real problems and an acceptable variety. But there isn’t any fine dining/no separate restaurants – just one large canteen, again a bit like student canteens or any kind of mass catering. Bit of a mess with so many kids helping themselves of course. This is fine but isnt what you normally get at a 4 star. Swimming pools are small and sun beds hugely over subscribed. All reserved by breakfast time/8am (and often not used until lunch). There are signs saying you aren’t allowed to reserve but not enforced at all – they really need to enforce this. We got sun beds twice in a fortnight – and to be honest the area was too busy (and dirty) to be relaxing anyway. Although it’s an all inclusive hotel, with a wrist band allowing access to the room and hotel main doors, there isnt actually any security to the outside streets ie all external doors are propped open or unlocked – and you have lots of people not staying at the hotel sitting at the bars and poolside (making the demand for sun beds worse). Smoking everywhere…. Old cigarette butts all over the floor, over flowing ashtrays. Not the hotels fault but worth noting. Electric scooters everywhere including in the hotel grounds – love them or hate them just be aware . Felt a bit dangerous given the number of small children wandering around. Situated right on the beach – amazingly clear water and a nice calm bay. Great for swimming and for kids (just bring rock shoes – no sand). But there are a lot of places to spend more money – we ended up paying for sun beds here, which is much nicer than the hotel but just extra expense. Worth noting TUI think you need a 6 hour transfer from here back to the airport also. So a 5.45am pick up for an 11.45 flight from Split…. Spent most of that time waiting at the airport with fractious kids. Overall I’d like to give Croatia another go but I will self build the trip (no more packages) – spend a night in Split before coming to Brac if you can to cut out the really lengthy general faff time that seems to be built into the transfer. I won’t be back here specifically, and not with TUI anywhere.
