V hotelu jsme se cítili velmi dobre. Ubytování moderní, vše čisté a obsluha velmi vstřícná a ochotna. Naše animatorka Mimi se o nás báječné starala a každý večer připravila pro děti dětské disco. Můžeme jen vřele doporučit.

Perfect for a family vacation with children. everything is within reach. The rooms by the pool are perfect for children and for parents to enjoy the terrace while having control and a view of the child. The room we were greeted in was very tidy. the cleaning staff is very friendly as are the staff in the restaurant and at the reception. One of the rare hotels where everyone is very friendly and always at your service. Our daughter really liked the children's entertainers and they do a great job. Super Sara and Lia. One,BIg Family 🤍

Didn't have very high expectations for this hotel because after we booked the reviews seemed to go downhill. It definitely exceeded our expectations!!! Rooms are modern, very clean with plenty of open plan space for your clothes. Beds are very comfortable. Cleaners come in everyday except Sunday. Towels are changed everyday. Air-conditioning is great! Was in the 30s so was needed. Can't comment on the breakfast but the lunch was gorgeous. Lots of choice. Salads, soup, fish, chicken, beef, pork. Bread, cheese. Had 4 evening meals out of 10. Even though were all inclusive we like to eat out. Always lots of choice, had Chinese night which was lovely. Snack bar has a good variety of different snacks which you serve yourself. Burritos, chips, pizza, fruit, cakes & ice-cream cones! No rose wine but the white is nice. Loved the gin & tonic. Plenty of cocktails which are typical all inclusive. There OK! Partner said the beer is very good. The hotel grounds are lovely & very well kept. All areas are very clean & tidy. The staff work very hard. Always found a sunbed whatever time we went down. Through the back gate is a pebbly beach & the most gorgeous cove, which we swam in everyday. Take beach shoes. The best thing about the hotel is the staff! the receptionists, cleaners, barmen, entertainment staff, all the dining room staff. Snack bar lady. Specially the lovely lady called Nina. Everyone was so helpful & friendly. The town of Supetar is a 5 minute walk & is very beautiful. The 50 minute ferry ride you have to get to take you to brac island was not a problem & wouldn't put us of going again. We had a fantastic time at tui suneo & would definitely return. We went for a relaxing holiday & that's exactly what we got.

We had a wonderful week here in Supetar! The hotel is beautiful and so clean at all times, the staff work so hard and with a few small tweaks it could definitely be a 10/10! Transfer: The ferry was smooth, it’s obviously quite a long transfer in total but an enjoyable experience, there’s an escalator on the ferry to help with cases. Food: The food was fine for us, we’re not particularly fussy and always found something to eat, but it is repetitive and the ‘grill/dish of the night’ area could be enhanced. It’s clear that the hotel are trying to improve food as on our last meal we were handed a survey to fill out to help them improve. The coffee is filter and could be a little stronger! The drinks are also in need of improvement, there is no fizzy lemonade (unless you pay) which makes cocktails interesting! Their G+Ts are nice and I had these as well as an ‘aperitif punch’ which was nice. Room/hotel: Lovely and clean, we had a gorgeous view of the sea (113). Pool area was great, we went to the beach once but it’s quite stoney. Entertainment: The rep team are lovely, we didn’t partake any of the activities. The evening entertainment wasn’t much but we enjoyed the live music nights. There are a lot of bugs when you’re sat outside (not the hotels fault) but be prepared. Recommendations: We visited Supetar port most evenings and had drinks at ‘beer garden’ and a few of the main ones on the front. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar at the sister hotel ‘Osam’. We went to Split for the day which is well worth the visit! Lots to do; we did an impromptu wine tasting and it was lovely, this was at Uje, they also make a lot of the olive oil on the island! Getting the ferry is easy and you can buy tickets online with Jadrolonija, €6.50 a ticket. We also took the bus to Bol (€7 return from Supetar) the bus was an hour and ten mins which was quite long but lovely scenery and reasonable. The golden horn was nice to see and there’s some lovely beach clubs! Water taxis for €4 to take you back to the Bol marina, as it’s quite a walk to the golden horn part of the beach. Overall a lovely stay and with some improvements to food/drinks it would be perfect. Thank you!

Such a great hotel - great pool and in a stunning location a short walk from Supetar town. Wouldn't rate as a 4 star resort, a few areas which require improvement: -Food - it felt like everything was done as cheaply as possible. Couldnt even find a tea or coffee that was drinkable, and the OJ was watered down like squash! - Staff - Sara on the entertainment team and the ladies on reception were lovely. However, the rest of the staff in the restaurant and bar pretty much spoke no English or Croatian so it was really hard to find things/ask for things. Again, felt like they had brought in cheap labour to do things as cheaply as possible. -Rooms - nice size with balcony, liked that there were separate rooms for adults and kids in families. However, the room was so basic - just white, no character or warmth.We were in Palma and the lighting was so dull, had to get ready outside on the balcony. -Drinks - very watered down, again, done cheaply. Even the beer and wine tasted watered down. Luckily we were able to leave the hotel and go into Supetar to drink (Annoying when you've paid all inclusive though!) Pool wasnt heated but it was good, we had fun. The pool area is nice as is the location. I'd recommend staying here but be prepared that you may have to eat out of the hotel from time to time to have some decent food (And a decent coffee!) so budget accordingly.
