TUI SUNEO Supetar

V hotelu jsme se cítili velmi dobre. Ubytování moderní, vše čisté a obsluha velmi vstřícná a ochotna. Naše animatorka Mimi se o nás báječné starala a každý večer připravila pro děti dětské disco. Můžeme jen vřele doporučit.

We had a lovely stay at TUI Suneo Supetar in Croatia and would happily return. The staff were fantastic, especially the reception team, although everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We loved the wristband system for opening the room door, which was such a simple and convenient idea. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, with lovely, well-kept grounds. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was good, and we particularly liked the snack bar, which had some healthy options as well as delicious ice cream! Supetar itself is absolutely picturesque and is a lovely place to explore. The ferry to Split is around €7, or you can take the catamaran for around €10. Split is stunning and definitely worth a visit. Overall, a lovely holiday, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff and a great location. We would definitely recommend TUI Suneo Supetar

Great location on the beach and close to the town of Supetar, walking distance to local restaurants, bars and boat and bus service. Staff were very attentive and polite. Check in was easy and efficient. Rooms were a little small, as were the beds. We also found the bath very hard to get in and out, as I was travelling with my 69 yr old mother, who did struggle with this. We also had a few days where the cleaners had been, but had forgot to replenish toilet rolls and towels. Overall we felt the holiday was great value for the price we paid, we would definitely book again.

2 families travelling together, 6 in total. We LOVED this hotel; clean, smart, lovely staff, great food & drink, lots of extras, lovely grounds, beautiful position. Couldn't fault it, EXCEPT.... SUNBEDS. The pool is small, for the size of the hotel. (Not a massive problem as the beach is just a few steps away, and the sheltered bay means sea swims are a pleasure). There just weren't ANYWHERE near enough sunbeds The beach is not owned by the hotel, so there is a local charge for sunbeds there - not ok when you're on All Inclusive. Of course, folks were getting up early and depositing towels, and sadly, in order to get a sunbed, we had to do this too. Spoils a relaxing holiday vibe. There was seating, much of it shaded, but for our first holiday in 3 years, at a cost, I don't think being able to chill on a sunbed is an unrealistic expectation. What a shame! Only reason I've not given a 5 star review. Absolutely fabulous holiday otherwise.

Room was super, view was beautiful. Staff was avaible and ready to help for all. Food is amazing and there is so much of it. Everything is close by room. There is shade everywhere from the green and the sea is clear and beautiful.
