We spent 8 nights in this disappointing hotel Everything was substandard. They excel in mediocrity, indifference, rudeness, and hellish service Where do I start? 1. Room: No a/c, pillows from the Middle Ages, a TV which the Flintstones would view as ancient and housekeeping black hole 2. Food: Tasteless, monotonous, no service, so imagination and sure to displease 3. The Bars: A den of alcoholics 4 the Lobby: no greeter, direction and a hangout for the witness protection program 5. Events. : Loud thumping music all night long 6. Lobby Restroom: so foul I gagged. You never feel welcome here This is a 5 star hell-tel and not hotel Be afraid Be very afraid

Believe the reviews about this place! I’ve been in my room for just 24 hours, and the experience has already been disappointing. The room is uncomfortably hot, the toilet seat was broken upon arrival, and the toilet has difficulty flushing properly. These are basic things that should be in working condition, especially considering the amount of money guests spend to stay here. The lack of comfort and proper maintenance is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I personally would not return or recommend this place to others. Save your money and take the reviews seriously!

This should not be rated as a five-star hotel. We experienced issues with the toilet, power outlets, and other facilities in the room. One evening, we had to wait more than two hours for our food at one of the à la carte restaurants, despite having small children with us. About half of the staff seemed unmotivated, were not particularly service-minded, and gave the impression that they hated their jobs. However, it is important to mention that some staff members were absolutely lovely. Giselle, Hugo, and Daniela at the buffet restaurant were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. If all the staff had shown the same positive attitude and level of service as these three (and a couple of others), the service experience would easily have been 5/5.
