ZOETRY CURACAO RESORT & SPA

First, when we arrived we were told that a “colleague” wasn’t available at the time so we did not receive our “welcome package”. When we tried to sign on the the Wi-Fi it didn’t work after putting in the correct information. Was told because the colleague didn’t show our names were not setup to use the Wi-Fi. Had to ask and was told to use a guess password. Had to go back out our room and inquire to get this information. Also, there’s an app for the room service. It did not work most of the time. Ordered food the first night and it never showed up. When you go back into the app it showed as served. Other times, we didn’t get everything we ordered. Other irritating issues: Had to constantly ask for towels and bottled water. Also the dinner menus were exactly the same every night. No real variety. Another big thing is there is such low light in the rooms. Looks nice but in reality, if you shave on a daily basis it’s hard to see as you shave because the small light above the mirror leaves a shadow while you’re shaving. The rest of the room is fine but they really need to put lights in a different place in the bathroom so as to create a “brighter” environment. On another note, one of the most kindest employee there was a woman by the name of Ann Marie. Jamaican woman. She really was incredible and provided great service when we dined in at the restaurant downstairs from our room. Honestly if we ever decided to use this hotel again it would be because of her. Very honest person and provided us with detailed information about the resort and what it had to offer. In addition, the “so called welcome package” we were supposed to receive was actually a map of the island and an invitation to hear about joining some club or preferred membership. I would have to devote like 2 hours of our time which I did not want to.

Zoetry was a beautiful setting and experience. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Rayon working to make our time exceptional. Latoya at the pool bar was the kindest bartender I've ever met and made the best beverages. Using the golf cart to go from resort to resort was fun and Gio was always ready to go. Zoetry Curacao was one of our favorite trips ever.

Zoetry is very soothing, relaxing and chill. If you want activity, you have access to other resorts on the property which is pretty convenient. Aside from one staff member at the restaurant, literally everyone you meet is wonderful and very kind. The restaurant and bar options are delicious, my husband and I really enjoyed the variety of menu options. When you check in, Janae is the sweetest and the young man with the braids at the Flora bar is extremely kind. When you get settled in you must check out Latoya at the bar by the pool- she will get your drink right every single time. Overall our stay at Zoetry was a wonderful anniversary trip; definitely give them a try and enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Good for couples who want relaxation but also have the ability to adventure to Dreams for the entertainment and fun. Not sure if it’s listed on the site but your all inclusive is included there as well. You get more perks than the guests there (more restaurant access, top shelf alcohol at zoetry). Just a heads up, you’re not staying on the beach. You need to take a short golf cart ride to Dreams. Rides are easily accessible and they run till 11pm.

We had an amazing vacation at the Zoetry! I highly recommend the location. It is such a peaceful property. The rooms are beautiful. If you want action and nightlife and the beautiful beach/ocean just walk across the street or take the golf cart rides offered and you have it all! Plenty of dining options between the two properties.
