Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Great atmosphere, was in off-season so quieter than normal but exactly what we were wanting. Was so easy to relax and recharge. The room was simple but elevated. Our Concierge, Johan, was amazing! He went above and beyond to fulfill every request, and even unspoken ones. We celebrated our 15 wedding anniversary and Johan made sure it was extra special. He, and staff were very attentive and made you feel at home. We will surely return for future vacations!

My stay at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa was an 11/10 experience. The resort is stunning, the food was excellent with a great variety of dining options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and well-maintained. But what truly set this trip apart was the people. The concierge team was outstanding — welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They communicated clearly, followed through on every request, and made me feel like my needs truly mattered. Dioselyn in particular was absolutely amazing. Her warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel genuinely special. She is the gold standard of hospitality. Dreams Cap Cana exceeded my expectations in every way. Beautiful property, incredible food, and a team that made my vacation truly unforgettable. I'll definitely be back.

Our family was able to create unforgettable memories. We travel every year to a different country and by far this has been one of the top vacation destination. We would so recommend this hotel. Can’t say enough about the staff and the quay of the service and food.

We had a great 2 weeks at Dreams Cap Cana. Our initial butler Gary made wonderful and thoughtful things happen. Heri finished our festivities perfectly. We enjoyed our time at the preferred pool with Elian. He was incredibly encouraging and actually got me to participate in a few games. My granddaughter grew very fond of Elian who took time out of his very busy schedule to wish us a safe trip home in the lobby. Restaurants were delicious and we enjoyed Garfield from the Oke restaurant.
