Amazing resort and staff very friendly. If you are going to be on the beach JUST DONT GO! Gary (personal concierge) very polite and helpful. Fabulous (entertainment) funny and nice. Make sure to bring lots of tips for the pool bar (the only way to get a smile and the drink you actually want)

Our stay was excellent! Hilary welcomed us and provided needed information. Any issues were resolved quickly. Alma made my husband's birthday extra special!! The swim up room was great - spacious and clean. The property was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. And the food was good!

Overall location was convenient. Not far from the airport, but a little further from the excursions. Was really disappointed that the beach wasn’t cleaned from the seaweed and that you could smell it from the pool on a windy day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, Estalin from the Steakhouse was very friendly and went above & beyond with decorating the table for my birthday. Barbie and Carmelo were super friendly & super interactive with the activities by the pool super fun. Check in was delayed and didn’t like that the room wasn’t ready but check out was super fast. The rooms were clean & it was nice that everything was cleaned everyday.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was great, but what really made the trip was the staff they were all so attentive and welcoming. A huge shoutout to CHISPITA!!! and Mr. GOOD VIBES!! for making us feel like family, you guys are amazing! The garden dinner was fascinating the best meal of the trip, and the team kept the energy up the whole time. The beach wasn't the absolute best, but honestly, hanging out at the Sea Legs pool was so nice we didn't even care! Also, a quick note on safety: the security is super solid and the lifeguards are always paying close attention, which gives great peace of mind. This was such a fun experience that we'll definitely be looking into more Hyatt properties for our future trips!

"Personally, I really liked the hotel because you can actually relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. Even though it's a family-friendly resort, it wasn't overcrowded with kids. But honestly, the highlight of my trip was meeting CHISPITA✨! the entertainment team! Believe me, she’s a real gem and such a huge asset to the resort. She makes this funny little sound that had me laughing every time she’s guaranteed to brighten up your stay. Everyone was super friendly, but Chispita was the best part of the experience!"
