Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa

The food was excellent, the service was even better, and the weather was perfect. The staff were all friendly and super helpful - it was a delight dealing with the staff every day. The beach, however, was the worst part of the resort - small and covered in sargasso (seaweed), so it was basically unusable. But if you don't care about that, the resort itself was beautiful and the rooms, amenities and food were all terrific.

Very nice modern hotel Good restaurant options and several large pools. The beach is not good for swimming due to rocks and coral. There is a very safe and sandy public beach within a two minute walk. We had nice relaxing week that was made special by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was beautiful. We upgraded to the villa with a swim out suite and it was worth the money. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! Our private dinner was hosted by Richy, who was absolutely amazing! Looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful week stay at dreams cap Cana. The service was exceptional everyone was so nice and friendly the food at the buffet was great and we had access to the Italian, Japanese, Caribbean and steak evening restaurants. We stayed at the preferred club which was definetly worth it. Our personal concierge Gary provided us exceptional service and anything we needed he got it or did it for us. The explorer’s club was both my girls favourite. They did so many fun activities and crafts through out the day we would always go there. The girls were professional and trust worthy. Shout out to Eimy, Anne and Katy for doing so many wonderful kids activities. The only downfall was the amount of seaweed at the beach you cannot at all swim in the ocean so we were disappointed with that. Overall an amazing relaxing resort!!
