This place is awesome, food and people are excellent! you treat them nice and with respect and they treat you like royalty! Everything is clean, and everybody is very nice! These are some of the names of the staff: Zenaida, Gary, Domingo, Rafael, Luisa, Naylobi and the greatest Jazmin, who went far beyond expectations!

My stay at Dreams Cap Cana Resort was an absolute pleasure. From the wonderful restaurants and amenities to the exceptional hospitality, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this resort. I want to personally thank all the staff for making my stay so memorable. A special thank-you to Abigail, Endy, Sherlin, and Madeline for their personal attention, kindness, and assistance. Each of you brought happiness to my days and kept me smiling throughout my stay. It’s the people who make a place special, and you certainly did that for me. My only challenge was accessing U.S. cash, as I wasn’t able to withdraw USD from the ATMs or obtain it at the resort’s front desk. This left me in a bit of a bind, so my advice to future guests is to bring U.S. cash rather than rely on withdrawals upon arrival. That inconvenience, however, did nothing to diminish my overall experience. Thank you to everyone at Dreams Cap Cana for the warm welcome, wonderful care, and memories I’ll take home with me!

I am immediately opening this review with absolute raves about some of the people who work at Dreams in Cap Cana. Elian (Fabulous) and Carmelo (Melo Blk) These two individuals have a very challenging job at getting people to be involved in all the fun activities offered there. Elian is a very kind soul with an amazing talent at connecting with guests. His energy is contagious.He went out of his way to make my daughter and I included and welcomed right away. I hope that we can stay connected as friends and see him soon on another future trip there. Melo was another amazing individual that really made our trip special there at Dreams/Hyatt. Hyatt, please do whatever you can to appreciate these employees. They are an asset to your resort. Additionally, Franklin and Eddy in the restaurants were very professional and made the dining experience special. This resort is an all inclusive stay with attention to couples and families but we felt it gave us what we were looking for.
