Our stay at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation truly unforgettable. We would especially like to recognize the bartenders Daniel, Juan Peña, and Jorge. They were always friendly, professional, and greeted us with a smile. Their outstanding service and delicious cocktails made every visit to the bar a great experience. A very special thank you to Oscarina, affectionately known as “La Turka,” from the entertainment team. Her energy, enthusiasm, and warm personality made every activity so much fun. She has an incredible ability to bring people together and make every guest feel included and appreciated. We also want to thank the amazing team at the Explorer Club for taking such wonderful care of our children. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our vacation knowing our kids were happy and in excellent hands. Thank you to the entire Dreams Flora team for your exceptional hospitality and dedication. You made our stay truly memorable, and we can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an outstanding vacation experience!

We had a lovely holiday at Dreams Flora, stayed at Club level and really liked the Club pools and bars. It is good to be able to get snacks and drinks during the day in a relaxed environment. Good choice of restaurants, however with no reservation booking system, some evenings the wait times for restaurants was over an hour. The hotel is beautiful, really clean and well maintained. Our family suite was great and ideal with connecting rooms and 2 bathrooms. House keeping was efficient and nightly turn down service was a nice touch. We went on a number of day trips - Saona Island private tour was our favourite and ziplining at Scape Park was also enjoyable. Unfortunately, the time of year we went in July, was seaweed season and it does smell and on some days was quite offensive. The hotel work hard to clear it from the beach throughout the day, which is brilliant, but we didn't want to swim in the brown sea. However the pools and pool bars are amazing so this makes up for the beach during seaweed season. Our butler (Oliver), who came with club level, was brilliant and very helpful throughout our trip and we booked the hotel spa which was a lovely experience too.

I wanted to love this resort based on tons of research done beforehand but unfortunately my family and I weren't impressed. The resort itself is ok but outdated and showing it's age. The beach was ok and they did try to keep the sargassum to a minimum compared to nearby resorts. Beware of the 'not a timeshare because we're a Hyatt' timeshare presentation. The staff will full on lie and attempt to trap you into one of these and because it can be difficult to tell who is resort staff and who is a 3rd party, it's easy to get stuck talking to sneaky salesperson when all you want to do is get to the beach/room to rest and relax. Why ask if we're celebrating anything special and then not do anything about it? Rooms phones didn't work and trying to get a hold of room service was a pain. The rooms had mosquitos because I think housekeeping leaves the doors wide open as they clean. Staff seemed less than bothered to assist guests with questions and several times during dining, I couldn't even have a conversation with my party because staff would be talking/yelling/arguing loudly close by without regard for disrupting the ambiance. Customer service was seriously lacking and we will not be back. This was a disappointing 1st visit to Punta Cana.

Me and my husband are visiting this resort 3d time. We still have 2 days to stay in this parades. Resort is beautiful,lots of options to eat good quality and variety foods. All our great vacation made NELSON from front desk. Without details just want to say that he is so nice,friendly,with good English guy. Most of workers at resort friendly and smiling, but thanks to Nelson that he really made our vacation. Unfortunately sea was bad due to season of huge amount of seaweed. But it's not resort fault, they are cleaning all the time and we new about this . With so big choice of pools it's doesn't ruin our vacation. We recommend this hotel. For beach lovers to come another months then summer. Last time we where i think winter time and it was beautiful blue and clear sea. Thank you Nelson for good approach to guests 👍
